Great improvement to Eastbourne. Feels very modern and new. Great shops, from clothes to restaurants, good place to shop. Toilets are clean and pleasant to use.

I think it shall be ok once the shops are open. Tbh I wonder if it was worth the disruption to the town as the increasing trend is to order online and have delivered.

It was a windy tunnel in the newly built area and could not find seating available not good as have just had a bad knee and cannot walk long distances as once. Not bothered in returning into town part from banking as local resident.
