Fancy rebranded shopping centre (Arndale) next to Eastbourne train station. First floor where the new Cineworld is incomplete. The odd empty shop unit. Worth a look and merits more than 3 stars once it's finished as many well known shops.

I'm still calling it The Arundel centre. Can't get to grips with the new name. Looking very nice. The flooring needs to be replaced in the old part to match the new section. Lovely shops in the new part.

Looking great the Beacon only thing i will say it new entrance really lets the cold in .breeze blows through that area .im surprised with all money being spent there would have been automatic doors there .maybe that is going to happen .hoping so .

A relatively good selection of shops which is expanding over time. Most shops tend to be clothes shops so not much there for me but a good selection of supermarkets like M and S and Sainsburys. Most of the more decent ships for me such as CEX and Game are outside the centre itself or in the high Street. Hopefully other shops will appear there which I have an interest in.

Beautiful clean beaches old Victorian houses and pier. We wondered into town which was just across from the pier and found a lovely restaurant cooking fresh fish and chips. So we all sat down the waitress and staff were brilliant and the price was as cheap as chips excuse the pun

Not finished but looks promising. The parking is good. Will be better when they solve the problems with the doors. Still slot of empty outlets though.
