Nice shops but developer has left entry without door and it is freezing in winter. Many shops and visitors complaining.

The new area is a big disappointment due to the bad choice of stores that have opened up in there. Not many customers are going inside to shop. Nandos has opened upstairs which looks great but that's the only food establishment in the designated food area so far.

Huge regeneration project took place with little to show for it. A few well known high street shops, but lots of empty plots? Some big names have opted out too. Lots of repair work going on too? If it's all new why are repairs happening?
