Up-to-date shopping centre with the usual mix of shops. A few shop units still to be occupied and the atmosphere is rather clinical and sterile Central plant/tree containers would help, or a few hand cart stalls. There's a new cinema on the first floor but no indication of what films are being shown, there's a large wall area near the escalator that is ideal for film advertising. The outside planters on the main road are going to be a disaster!!

Same old. Same old. Same run of the mill shops like any high street. Need to look after the older independent shops then build these fancy shopping malls which just seem to lack any character.

A tale of two spaces. The new part, not particularly inviting. Nowhere to stop, have a coffee and be tempted in to one of the shops, and is B draughty. The old part has the range of shops but is tired and dated. Did nobody consider the total look, feel and attraction of the two halves?
