I have visited and eaten here with friends, family and as a couple. The food is outstanding, especially if you like steak. There are excellent meat free options too. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Allowing me to try a couple of wines before I choose. They always accommodate me going a little 'off menu'. It's my favourite restaurant in Eastbourne.

Booked ahead and asked re dog. Greeted at the door, good seat for dog tucked away (not hidden). Nice heavy table to tie him to if needed. Dog greeted and given bowl of water. During our meal (having asked us first) he was delighted to receive a bowl of meaty scraps. Handrail outside helped get elderly mum in safely up and down the steps (not sure if there's is a disabled friendly entrance). Pulled pork burger and steak screwer were both plentiful and delicious. Nicely presented and served in an appropriate time. Puddings felt bit pricy but there was no issue asking for 2 spoons so again we were happy.

Visited here one Friday lunch time with friends. Took advantage of the special £10 offer menu and it didn't disappoint! As working mums, we had a tasty lunch and had time to get the kids from school without having to rush the food down. Good menu selection, really tasty and would definately recommend.

Went here for my birthday having only booked for 2 people that changed to a 5 last minute and they were more than accomodating. The food was perfect, my friends are fussy eaters when going out but loved it also with one claiming it was the best meal he has ever had and that surprised me. The service was second to none, we were an excitable party full of banter and laughs and our waitress was perfect and took it in her stride.
This could be a trip advisor first but if she fancies a drink I would love to take her out. You should have my number on your online bookings under Chris. Call me, if not ........ See you next time.

Two Bulls is on the corner of Green Street, Old Town Eastbourne, and was previously The Tally Ho Pub. Access for disabled not good as it is reached by steps. Food is superb, and each steak cooked to order. Salads and thick cut chips which are never greasy, and creamed spinach as an extra yummy. A good range of naughty desserts, and well stocked bar. The two bulls steak house is a family run business located in the heart of Old Town, Eastbourne. The staff are both very friendly and attentive. A good atmosphere between staff/customers with personal approach to individual parties. It offers a clean and stylish environment with a lovely open fire. The steak/meal was bursting with flavour and well presented. The homemade desserts are out of this world. Overall a very pleasant visit here and will return.

Just had a lovely meal here with my husband and his parents. The staff went out if their way to be accommodating, and were so friendly. We had the 3 courses for £50 which was excellent value. Really large portions and the dessert menu was heavenly. Will be coming back soon!

I went over from Liverpool for a quick lunch with my friend, what can I say? It was amazing, fast paced service, decent food prices, all varieties of food, nice environment.

Over the years as a family we all like to go for a meal at Christmas and of cause we have had various experiences good and bad. This year my wife decided to book a table for our family of eight here and just prior to going I decided to look up the reviews on here. As you would expect there are mixed opinions so I did not know what to expect when we got there. Having no car parking we had to park out on the street and once we realised that the single yellow line restriction finished at 6pm it was not too difficult to park.
I was not too happy about only being able to have the table for between 7 - 9pm initially but to be fair that worked out just fine in the end. In fact we benefited from that because all of our three courses and drinks were served promptly which we like.The Staff were welcoming friendly and helpful even though it was clear everyone was busy. Seven of us decided to order steaks and one ordered Salmon. Those eating steak were served it exactly as they wanted it cooked and we all agreed that the three courses were delicious. In fact my son aged 45 said it was the best meal he has ever had. Praise indeed. The final cost of the even was reasonable given what we had ate and drunk and whether as a couple or family we will definitely be going back here again. Well done to everyone for giving us a great couple of hours.

Not impressed won't be back
Food OKService bad staff stood at bar looking miserable missed out some deserts, don't get me wrong for a meal perfect, but should not be putting on festive set meals, no table decorations or anything festive, crackers given at desert! Not for Christmas

We’ve previously heard some good reviews of the place but as my wife and I turned full veggie in the summer didn’t think it was for us. Anyway, we decided to look at the menu and were happy to see vegan bean burger and hulloumi stack on the menu as well as wonderfully aged steaks of all varieties that our children still love!
Anyway, we were greeted with lots of smiles and friendly staff and had nice drinks and nibbles (the olives are amazing).
We then had between us onion rings, creamed spinach, salmon steak, sirloin steaks, a rib eye and 3 bean burgers and all was delicious.
When we got the bill we were very surprised to see no service charge especially as there were 7 of us so left a good tip as we’ll be going back for sure.
