Been two weekends running now and will probably make it 3 in a row. Fantastic food and lovely staff. A few more starters would make it even better :)

This was our second visit for lunch since they opened at start of the month and I haven't been disappointed either time. Great value £8 lunch options with big portions of delicious food, a nice setting and friendly service are a good combination. I'd willingly travel miles for the Two Bulls giant cheese burger and massive hand cut chips...but happily I live around the corner :) Two Bulls is a welcome edition to Old Town!

My husband and I went here last night for our 17th Wedding Anniversary. The meal was GREAT.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. It put us in mind of an American Steakhouse we had been to in Florida. You won't be disappointed. It apparently was only their second weekend since they opened and it was very busy. So to be sure of getting a table it's good to book. Everyone appeared to thoroughly enjoy themselves - there was a great atmosphere with lots of chat and laughter. We had prawn cocktails to start and the prawns were big not little shrimps which you get in some restaurants. One unusual thing for the UK was you get to see the glass fronted fridges which hold the large cuts of raw beef. We'll definitely return soon.

Two Bulls has a very good name in Hastings, and as soon as we heard they were opening in Eastbourne, we knew we had to go.
You will not be disappointed. Great positioning in Old Town in the previous Tally Ho pub, with the decor kept and restored to create a lovely old charm. A very warm welcome by the owners and our waitress couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating.
Beer and wine very good, we had dipping bread with a unique couple of bottles to mix your own oil and vinegar, plus olives. Steaks were spot-on, beautifully cooked and came with great home-made chunky chips and salad. With a option of garlic butter, Stilton sauce or peppercorn sauce.
For dessert, we had the Hastings caramel ice cream with sea salt (sounds strange but delicious).
You will definitely need to book at weekends, as whilst we were there- many people came in on the off chance of a table and were sadly turned away. Another great new venue to go to on a Saturday night. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.

Really great steak, friendly staff and a tastefully redecorated restaurant. Good value for the quality of food you get. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Had lunch with my husband there today,(3 days on from opening) and it was great... staff were friendly, food was excellent and the prices really reasonable! It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere, yet the service was quick, - just as well as the smells of grilling meat were wonderful. What more can you ask for? It isn't pretentious so it is all very welcoming.
