Had another lovely meal beautifully served by Lauren our waitress, the Rib eye and sauces with creamed spinach and onion rings were amazing, Eton mess finished it off in splendid fashion - highly recommended if your in Eastbourne!!

Great evening meeting friends who have been here before. One of them who is over in the UK from Los Angeles made the bold claim that “you won’t find a better steak on this island of yours”.
Well I have to say he was not wrong, I had the 45 day aged 8oz fillet steak with chunky chips and onion rings and it was amazing. They do a set menu for 2 which is amazing value
The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very laid back, welcoming and relaxed.
If you want a beautiful steak this place is worth going out of the way for!

Visited for a quick dinner on arriving in Eastbourne on a Friday night. We were greeted with a smile, seated quickly despite the restaurant being fairly busy and then treated attentively throughout our meal. Food was great - I had a steak which was juicy and perfectly cooked, my son had the burger from the kids menu which was also lovely - not your usual kids menu standard. Would definitely go back if we’re in Eastbourne again.

Great atmosphere, the steak is brilliant however the blue cheese sauce could be more cheesy. We we’re served by a lovely lady called sophie super friendly and polite the service was the best part of the meal 100% would go back

We opted for the 3 course meal with wine and all 3 courses were exquisite. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. Chips and onion rings homemade as were the delicious desserts. Our waitress Sophie was lovely - friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you for a lovely evening

It has been a while since we have been to the Two Bulls so we decided to see if it had changed for got better or worse.
There were six of us on a Thursday evening and we all chose from from the special three course menu which is £55 for two people including a nice bottle of wine.The choice is fine steaks, salmon, chicken and a vegetarian option.
The food was excellent, the staff friendly and attentive. So I am happy to say it is still a great place to go. If anything it is better.
You will not be dissappointed.

We had been there a couple of times and very pleased, so looking forward to return. I ordered the most expensive aged steak and rare to receive an over cooked and tough piece of meat. So sad. Great staff and atmosphere but they better maintain their level. Not easy but one is only good as his/her last performance.

Given a voucher for here for birthday and ate here with a friend. Excellent steaks and decent other choices on specials board, Good efficient service. Can be a bit noisy when full up as it was on the Saturday evening we visited.Overall an enjoyable experience.

I have to say this place just keeps giving .....we visited Thursday night after work as we were all suffering a bit from the January Blues ! Wow and wow again .....Just fabulous cuts of prime beef cooked to perfection , these people have got it so spot on.

Loved our visit and staff very friendly, and food was good. It is a steak house after all so we did only judge it on the steaks. My positive criticism would be to offer larger black coffees.

We had a family lunch. The menu isn’t massive, which I always think is a good thing. Slight variations on a delicious theme. I had the American burger which is one of the best burgers I’ve had in ages. Saw creamed spinach and onion rings as sides and couldn’t resist. They were worth the relatively high price tag for sides. My daughter had the kids menu - grilled chicken and chips followed by ice cream. The chicken tasted too much of the grill for her taste, but she wolfed down the chips and ice cream. Dad had a Baileys chocolate pot with he spent his time enjoying. Would go back again!

We regularly visit this restaurant as the food is consistently good and service is outstanding. The lunch menus are winner with the price and our kids love being able to have a steak without us worrying about the expense. We are always made to feel welcome and service is excellent! Keep it up Two Bulls!!

Early evening booking on new years eve. Lovely atmosphere. Steak absolutely wonderful. Could not fault the meal at all. Very good value for money. Service second to none. Great time and a very short walk home. Lucky to have this lovely restaurant so close to home. Happy New Year to all the staff!

We went here for lunch with several of our relatives last time we were down and the food and service were yet again very good indeed. Love the hand cut chips and the steak,burgers and pies all went down very well. Polite friendly efficient service and hot freshly cooked food!

Best steak ever. Always tastes like fillet but meant to be rump. Delicious Can't fault it. Cooked to perfection and so tender with amazing sauce and chips. Excellent value at lunchtime

There were 20 of us so quite a large party. We were an early evening sitting so not many other people in the restaurant. The service was not great, I ordered a glass of pinot grigio, but was given sauvingon blanc. I know the difference. When I mentioned their error, they completely ignored me, and told me that I was wrong. We later ordered a bottle of pinot grigio and proved that I was correct. In my opinion, if a customer has an issue with food or drink it should be changed straight away... not argued about. The food was reasonable and my steak kebabs tasty, the portions are large. At the end of the meal there was an issue with the bill and payments, and again staff argued with us. Overall, the food is good, the pub is pleasant but the staff and service let it down.

5 of us had a very good and reasonably priced Sunday lunch taking advantage of their offers. We ate beautifully prepared and presented scallops followed by an excellent steak with chunky chips. Pudding was traditional sticky toffee with lashings of sauce and all was washed down with an exceptional local fizz.

Recently I took two friends here, who were visiting from Hamburg. I'm so pleased I did, as it was their last evening and they said they had never had steak so good.
My second time here and can't wait to go back. I think at least once a month will satisfy my soul! I'm sorry to say I will never be vegetarian. I recommend the double rump :-)
