Went there to have my Dad's Rolex Watch assessed for a service at Rolex in London. The gentleman assistant was helpful and gave me an estimate. He also said that he was willing to give me £3,000 for the watch right now but I said I was happy to keep it and have it serviced by Rolex. Anyway, a couple of weeks later I made an appointment to have another chat with the same gentleman. I had decided that I would rather sell the watch and would like to take up his offer of £3,000 for it. He denied making that offer, saying I must have mis-heard him....blah, blah, blah. He then offered me only £1,500 for the watch. I was shocked and disappointed....wishing I'd recorded the first conversation of him offering me £3,000.
Anyway, by this time I'd had enough and just sold the watch for the lower price!!!
So all-in-all.....I'm not overly impressed.

I was absolutely thrilled with the care and service here. The experience was personal to me. Rather than push a more expensive ring on me they helped me get my existing engagement ring to the perfection I wanted. Wendy and all members of staff were wonderful. The jewellery I looked at is exquisite. My partner bought me a beautiful diamond necklace when it was time to collect my ring.
