Friendly professional service by Jo. Initially we were disappointed that Rolex don't provide what i call carcass examples - watches with innards so that you can judge the sizes, but Jo was really helpful in getting over that hurdle. So much so, not only did I join the waiting list for 1 watch, I bought another that she let me try as an example!

Outstanding service all round! I spoke to Louise on the phone in regards to a sentimental necklace of mine that had got knots in, she told me to bring it down to have a look, so I did. I was greeted by such friendly faces at the front and the sent over to Louise. She took my necklace to repair it and i collected the following day! Such professional service and such a lovely team! I cannot thank Louise enough for this service, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Really good service the staff was so welcoming, last Sunday I was running late to get a present, and the store was about to close but staff let me in with my two daughters. They waited for me to choose what I wanted there was no pressure on to be quick they let me take my time. even gift wrapped it for me. They were also very patience with my younger daughter, overall the service was amazing.
