Ditzy Media have been looking after my Social Media for a couple of years now, the team do a fantastic job and have really got to understand me and the business. We are making the most of our various marketing collateral across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Really glad that the installation team at Tectonic talked me into thinking again about the locations of the ports for my office IT, just been moving the office around, and I now have some extra flexibility! A great service from a great local company!

Following on from my review in November, just another quick note to thank Mandy and Harriett for their help in finding two new members of staff for my team, we managed to get so much more done in December than I thought, it's made January quite quiet! Ditzy Media have been running my social media accounts for the last two years and have been ding a fantastic job, we are going to be discussing some more tailored marketing content in a few days time, which will help my business grow even more!

I took my family and my parents to see Honey G and the amazing cast in Sleeping Beauty for the Pantomime on Christmas Eve, it was fantastic.

When I established that I had an urgent need to find some additional members of staff to support me in the financial elements of my client work, I didn’t hesitate to get in touch with Mandy and her team at The RSE Group. Working with Harriet, as the staff were going to be in financial roles, we quickly identified the type of employee that would be able to fulfil the role and Harriet went away and identified a number of individuals who had slightly different skill sets, but would be able to complement me and my existing team and undertake the role. With the added flexibility of how we might recruit them, we have arrived at a result that I think everyone is happy with. Mina and Joe at Ditzy Media are helping me out at the moment with some extra work over and above my day to day Social Media Management, Cooden Tax Consulting are going to be exhibiting at the Business Show in November at Olympia and I will also be doing a couple of seminars on Research and Development Tax Relief. They are doing some extra blogs and social media posts to boost engagement before the show. All things that ordinarily I wouldn't have time to do and to keep working on my business. I continue to recommend them to people I meet who really need support with their social media.

David continues to support Cooden Tax Consulting with little titbits of marketing excellence. I also very much enjoy the relationship with the other Best of Eastbourne members, it really is a little like having an office get together even when you are working on your own!

Just a quick note to thank Mina and Joe for their continued support with my social media aspirations, before using their services I was an infrequent blogger and contributor to social media, with their help we are now blogging regularly and also delivering that content across various social media outlets with a far greater structure than I would have been able to deliver on my own.

Having received a quote for the works to install some new VOIP Phone lines into my office, the Tectonic team were on site before me, waited for me to get to the office and set about the task with the same efficiency they prepared the quote, they were in and out in a couple of hours, tested all of the lines and placed the cabling in such a way that the landlord barely noticed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to use their service and am delighted that they were recommended to me.

I'd been referred to Tectonic by another Best of Eastbourne member, Southern IT Services, their engineers popped into the office today to have a look at my cabling requirements for VOIP and Internet access. They were here for 10 minutes discussed various options and then left to prepare a quote which I received within 2 hours. I'll be taking them up on that quote too.

David's tireless work for the members of the Best of Eastbourne continues to amaze me, I'm really looking forward to July's Showcase event as I can't make the next one in May, the monthly marketing meetings are always full of fresh ideas, I just wish I had more time to implement some of them and the new member networking sessions that he has planned seem like a great way to get more of the members interacting both amongst themselves and with the community members. Keep going David, you must be running out of ideas soon!

I have been part of David's Best of Eastbourne for 18 months now. I would thoroughly recommend it to other businesses in the Eastbourne Area who don't have there own Sales and Marketing team or who have a team that might need some more inspiration. David and the Best of are full of great marketing ideas to help you grow your business, all you need is a little time to be able to implement them.

Mina's and the team at Ditzy have been looking after my Social Media for the last 12 months. More recently they have been helping with additional content by writing some technical blogs and now they are helping me with my first White Paper to help with a squeeze page campaign I am looking to run. I have slowly been converted to this Social Media lark, having previously been a little uncertain of it's impact. But with a bumper crop of new clients towards the end of 2016 and into 2017 they have got to be finding little old me somewhere and I am sure that is in no small part to the work that Mina and the team are doing for me. I really enjoy working with Mina and Ditzy Media. I would say now I am fairly active on Social Media but I just don't have the time to do as much as I should, after all someone has actually got to do the work. I generate some content, but struggle to get it out there on Social Media as much as I ought to, for the last couple of months I have been using the Ditzy Media Managed Account Service, which is regularly scheduling my content across most of the Social Media Platforms and I have really noticed the increase in engagement. Mina and I have been working on another project since the turn of the year. I had my first exhibition at Accountex at London's Excel Arena and Mina did some great preparatory work on collating a list of exhibitors and speakers at Accountex so that I could have a go to list of all of the important people. That list allowed me to see what other people were tweeting about and try and take a slightly different position. Mina also worked very closely with me to schedule a number of tweets about what we were doing at the show and some of our other content in the run up to the show, which really got people interested in us and our service. Attended another great Best of Eastbourne Marketing Support Group meeting on Wednesday, David's sessions are very inclusive and everyone is encouraged to share their various successes and failures and group discussions often go into some very interesting areas.
