I did a quote on the internet, then decided to call Bedford insurance so i could clarify certain elements of the quote, the operator was very helpful and answered all my questions, then after the helpful completion of the application & quote, I went ahead based on the help given. The operator was polite, respectful and was well trained. I recommend that this company is looked at for taking insurance out favourably.

The initial purchase was very smooth with documents produced in a timely manner. You then contacted me quite quickly after the purchase regarding a snag with my No Claims Discount as I had not yet cancelled the insurance on the vehicle I was transferring the NCD from, because I had not yet sold the vehicle. Your staff dealt with this in a polite and friendly manner and the problem was resolved. Based on this experience I would definitle use your services again.
