Price was fine which is why I changed over. Had to ring twice to get my documents sent over via email. Had a message to ring urgently for a “security check”. Had to wait for a specific person to speak to. No idea why someone else on the team couldn’t have done this. I get the impression, it was to try and sell me more services

We are generally happy with Bedford. When I renewed in 2019 I had asked that as my Spouse was retired, his profession should be removed and replaced with Retired. This was not done, so when I renewed this year 2020 I requested the same. When the documents arrived the update has still not been done. I would have assumed our renewal would possibly have been less as we are both retired. Look forward to 2021 renewal.

Both the service and quotation could not be beaten. My previous provider increased premiums every year in spite of no claims being made. I will be happy to stay with this provider if they are fair and reasonable.

Further to my previous review in which I expressed my disappointment at not having received a reply to an email which I had sent to Bedford Insurance concerning clarification of my insurance status, I have received a phone call from Bedford Insurance. I am very grateful to Bedford for having explained in the telephone call why I may not have received a reply to my email. I am now sufficiently satisfied to submit a 5 star review. Thank you Bedford Insurance.
