I joined the FSB because I needed some business support and some online virtual networking.

Along with the fee for joining, you also get legal support. I don't require this at the moment, but who knows what will be needed in the future? It's good to know that the FSB is there to help and support you.

I wanted to thank Alison Turner and Gary Salters, who gave me quite a lot of information to digest but didn't sell to me, which was refreshing to see.

The only downside that I can see so far is that the FSB does not offer a monthly payment service to help and support small businesses to scale.

Most other associations that I am with as a business know that small businesses need to be able to manage their cash flow. I personally think that the FSB needs to offer this to businesses that require it.

(I can only assume that the reason they have not offered it is down to people potentially cancelling six months in, but this should still be offered to help and support members even if it's a not-for-profit entity, as times are tough out there and every pound counts.)

The overall professional service offered by the FSB has been great so far, and the virtual meetings are also well attended by people across the country.

It was great to have a call today with Justin after I'd encouraged my new employer to sign up to FSB. I needed a refresher on the FSB website and Justin provided great guidance with his knowledge and expertise. FSB offers a far more wide-reaching range of services than I had realised and Justin, my contact, took the time to explain them clearly. The website is user-friendly and I had very quick follow-up calls to provide additional information.

Our membership will, I think, result in a much greater financial saving than it will cost. In addition, it will provide immediate access to a very extensive database of relevant information.

The only reason for not awarding 5 stars was the quality of the telephone connection,

I have just become a FSB member and whish I had joined 14 years ago when I first started my business! I had a welcome chat with Justin earlier who was very helpful and informative. I am amazed at the help and information that is available in all aspects of owning a business. Some of the many benefits include insurance, legal advice, money saving offers and health care for staff. Its a no brainer for me, I will be a member as long as I have a business!!

I’ve been aware of FSB for 18 months or so, and have attended a couple of the local F2F events. Which were great.

Early October I decided to join FSB and the support I’ve received has been second to none. Debbie, Anita and Mark have all been very helpful.

Mark took me through my Dashboard and I was amazed on the amount of resources available. Resources that are really useful for businesses and some I hope I never have to use, but they are there if certain events occur.

I’m looking forward to exploring the website further and joining the virtual networking events.

FSB RedArc have really helped both partners of our business with health concerns which were just being put on the back burner. The nurses are amazing at getting things done and following through and the treatment they have found has been great.

We have had amazing support from FSB on a number of occasions, they are always so helpful and make you feel at ease. They talk you through the the procedure you need to follow and advise you on any correspondene you need to send out. We really dont know how we managed without them in the past

I learnt about FSB Care when attending a webinar aimed at making sure members understood all the services and benefits available.
FSB Care was not one I knew about, and having received a breast cancer diagnosis late last year, I contacted the team to see what they could offer.
The outcome a wonderful nurse who rang me after agreed milestones in my treatment, to provide a listening ear and sound advise.
