Cannot recommend Charlotte and The Personal Agent highly enough!
There are a lot of negative connotations when it comes to estate agents, but from the very start, Charlotte went over and above in understanding our requirements and finding us suitable properties within our budget.

I would like to start saying I have almost never had good experiences with state agents. I find that they often lie, push you over and will put their interest over anything. I did not feel that this was the case with the people I encountered at The Personal Agent. Perhaps is a great thing that they seem to be local people selling within their area. So if you are looking for a human touch and an approachable team, this could be the place. I hope other big names will take example and change their ways.

We've got experience of the Personal Agent as both buyers and sellers. From start to finish, everything has been in very capable hands. We've been given honest feedback whenever it was sought, given a wonderful service when trying to sell and find another home, and once everything was firmed up, Chris and Sarah were amazing for pushing it through to exchange, despite a number of hiccups. They've not just offered a personal service but have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Being first time buyers, we haven’t had much experience with estate agents. We’ve tried all the diferent ones and Personal Agent is our top one. Their staff is always highly professional and knowledable but not too pushy unlike other agencies. Our favourite agent is Kristine who is very much understanding of our needs, extremely positive person, very kind and always perfectly knowledgable about the proterty and its location. We are very particular as to what we are looking for and she Kristine has been extremely patient with is. Definitely recomend!
