We have just exchanged on our new home after what I can only describe as one of the bumpiest rides in house buying, our previous house fell through and then we had to find another property etc ....which has drawn out the process, through all of this I can honesty say that Andrew at PA has kept supporting us with a calm, reassuring attitude, always on the end of the phone even to listen to a rant !! ...excellent service.

- overall we received a good service from personal agent (we were a buyer rather than seller)
- unfortunately we had a very difficult vendor that made our lives very difficult which then in turn made personal agents role difficult to provide - my only suggestion for future improvement would be perhaps some extra rules (which are enforceable) in your contract of work to tackle difficult or unhelpful vendors
