This last order started on October 13th 2022 which was to order an electric bed. Unfortunately due to cargo problems it took 3months to arrive, but, during this time I was kept informed by phone of any update they had alongside many apologies.
The bed was delivered to me on 19th January 2023.The two gentlemen were absolutely wonderful especially as they had to dismantle my old single bed before assembling my new 4ft electric one, all this having to walk a pathway and 14 (not very easy) stairs. All in all Regency did a perfect customer relation consult. Thank you to all concerned.
