Showroom staff were very helpful in helping us choose a new mattress. Invoice stated delivery within 3 weeks but actually took 5-6 weeks. No worries as we were not in a hurry. Delivery arranged for morning of 2 May and arrived on time with two very pleasant delivery men. Have not yet used the mattress during night time but appears a very comfortable and well made product

Both staff members were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. As we all know waiting in for delivery can be frustrating - was advised to phone on the day to be provided with an indicative time. Delivery men phoned prior to arriving around the time advised - and assisted with the setting up of the sofa bed . Certainly will use Regency Beds and furniture again, and highly recommend .

We brought this single mattress (already had a base) for our 4 year old grandson/spare room/occasional use. So far it seems like a good comfortable mattress at a reasonable price. It also arrived on time too. We’re very happy with it. Thank you.

Purchase of our bed was simple sales staff were very good, delivery was half the time quoted i.e 3 weeks not 6. Delivery guys were excellent and took the bed upstairs (not every delivery will do this ) and then they put it together. Well done Regency much appreciated
