I recently bought a new bed for my son. The customer service from the outset was outstanding. A really engaged showroom team, who seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for, at the best price. Not only did they have just what I wanted, they delivered (bang on time) and not only built the bed but dismantled another and removed an old mattress. They were friendly, efficient and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I was thrilled with the end result. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We wanted space saving single beds for when our grandchildren stay. The colour we chose was no longer available but this was quickly sorted out by email. We were advised of the delivery date and time and they arrived as planned so we weren't kept waiting in all day. The staff were helpful and efficient. Grandchildren delighted with their beds.

This last order started on October 13th 2022 which was to order an electric bed. Unfortunately due to cargo problems it took 3months to arrive, but, during this time I was kept informed by phone of any update they had alongside many apologies.
The bed was delivered to me on 19th January 2023.The two gentlemen were absolutely wonderful especially as they had to dismantle my old single bed before assembling my new 4ft electric one, all this having to walk a pathway and 14 (not very easy) stairs. All in all Regency did a perfect customer relation consult. Thank you to all concerned.
