Regency were extremely helpful in making sure that we identified the bed that would most completely match what we wanted. Ordering and paperwork were both done quickly and efficiently.
Due to the Covid-19 situation with related lack of stock, manufacture and delivery to Guernsey took several weeks longer than estimated. Regency were unable to influence this stage of the process which was entirely in the manufacturers hands.
Once the bed arrived in Guernsey, Regency delivered it quickly and fully.

Polite and efficient service, from the sales team to the delivery guys. As they had to source my items from the UK, I was impressed that the items were only 2 weeks later than first stated, what with all the CV19 issues in full swing.

The staff were very helpful whilst in the showroom, allowing my wife and I to make our own decision. We chose and purchased the item which was later delivered and installed as promised, all on time.

Regency were superb. Brilliant service from the moment I walked in to furnish an apartment, helpful regarding returns due to lack of space, exceptional delivery guys who came to measure up access before delivery and then incredibly delivered a tricky settee up two flights of stairs and into and along a hallway where there wasn’t even enough room to poke a stick, without a single scratch to the newly painted walls! Polite friendly and professional!

Excellent customer service on repeated trips to the store, with knowledgable staff explaining about products and how COVID-19 affected product availability. Delivery and build of items was conducted both swiftly and politely, with staff double-checking everything was satisfactory before leaving. Would absolutely shop here again.

having decided on a bed just 2 days before lockdown,
we had to wait until the beginning of June to put our order in at the same sale price as March. GREAT DEAL.
we phoned up to arrange delivery for 8th September delivery went really well and the 2 helpful guys put the bed into the house so we could sign it off having checked for any damage and it was the right bed.

Purchased a perfect single bed at a sale price, It was a divan plus headboard and a beautiful quality mattress, as with most furniture bought in Guernsey it had to come from UK no problem there. It duly arrived was delivered by regency when I needed it. Very pleased indeed.

We brought our sofa and our bed from regency, both times we had excellent customer service and it was easy! We brought our sofa during lockdown and i was emailed photos and brochures, picked the sofa I wanted, paid for it and it was delivered in 3 days! Our bed took a bit longer but it was worth the wait, lockdown was lifted so we could go into the shop pick our bed frame and mattress, order and pay for it and then 6 weeks later it arrived in perfect condition- great local company will definitely buy from regency again very reliable!
