Ordered a bed and mattress during lockdown. Steve was extremely helpful and sent me pictures of the different types of fabrics. Everything went very smoothly. Since then have purchased another bed and 2 more mattresses.

Buying of bed excellent, Paul was very helpful. No complaints at all about the men delivering it onto the top floor and putting it together, in super quick time.
The only complaint I have that the chest of drawers ordered with the bed didn't come with it and I m still waiting.

The cupboards are perfect and we are very pleased, just as ordered.
The only downside was the wait for them to be made and delivered to Guernsey, which was due to this awful Coronavirus and the manufacturers being forced to close and delays in shipping.

Regency offers a wide range of beds and bedding accessories to meet any budget. However, it takes a good Sales person to reassure a customer and take care in helping them decide. Thanks to Paul and subsequently the delivery team who all gave excellent customer service. Thank you and well done.
