Recently got a new mattress from regency, got a great deal and the mattress is so comfy. They also recommended getting a new base as my old mattress has sagged, (which I thought was down to age ) this was caused by the base being damaged. Great advice and great service. :)

The company is managing very well during the Covid -19 crises but they really need to have a better website showing items that they stock in detail.

Messaged Regency first thing in the morning to see what metal single beds they had, a very quick response with photos and prices. I ordered a bed, paid over the phone and it was delivered by lunchtime. Very prompt and efficient service.
