Love the product. Sadly we weren’t given the option of you building it - and we had taken it for granted you would. Also assumed you would take away the masses of boxes - but you won’t. We’ll still shop with you, as it’s a great store and always had excellent customer service but expected a little more on this occasion.

The staff member was very helpful, left us to browse at our leisure and take our time choosing fabric for sofa bed. Ordering was easy and the delivery time was as quoted. The delivery guys were excellent and took great care with sofa bed, checking everything was in order and explaining the do’s and don’ts of usage. Highly recommend.
