We had a problem with the room initially but for the second night it was sorted out efficiently. Just be aware though that a twin room could mean two beds pushed together with one head board encompassing both beds. Also, there was no way of separating the beds unless you removed the bedside tables. In my view, I shouldn’t have to start moving the furniture around to be able to make the twin room that I’ve booked into an actual twin room. I dealt with the on-duty manager about this & she was extremely good at helping to address the situation. So even though I wasn’t happy to begin with, I ended up very impressed at the attention & resolution of the problem. The new room that we were allocated was comfortable & clean & once the initial problem was resolved we enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.

We decided to book the suite based on the use of the hot tub. On entering the suite we were taken aback by its size and also the garden area. Parking is plentiful and the gardens are lovely to walk around with the many ducks, lake and fountain. Close to golf course and also good pool and gym.

We decided to book for my other half’s birthday. Choice of the suite was a no brained due to use of own hot tub. The size of the suite was very nice and all clean and very comfortable. The balcony garden was amazing giving lovely view of the lake and fountain. Golf course nearby and also hotel had good pool and gym facilities. Advantage of cooked breakfast in room was very nice and relaxed touch.
Have booked again nearer to the birthday.

We had a full body messages in the spa, and a quick lunch in their restaurant on the terrace. The service was average due to the shortage of staffs post the lockdown. But the team is trying their very best.
The crab pasta has good flavour but the pasta was a bit over cooked in my liking. My partner had a lobster Mac & cheese, which was good. The massage was average, we had much better qualities/techniques massues back in London. But the lady was very friendly but the massage room definitely needs a bit of TLC.

Beautiful grounds, lovely spacious clean room and good swimming pool and spa facilities. There was a wedding function on the Saturday and didn't hear a thing. Breakfast excellent and set us up for the day.

We stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful hotel in a junior suite. We'll worth the money as not only a huge room but a hot tub as well. Staff were very good and shout out to Karen. Kieran and Vas. Thanks guys. See you again soon

I've stayed in many luxury hotels and although I was not expecting much from this hotel it more than exceeded my expectations and I can firmly say it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
The rooms catered for your every need. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds, restaurant and spa area were perfect.
I am so excited to return next year!

A good and comfortable hotel. The few staff (with one exeption) where very helpful and friendly, (Special thanks to Anna who was everywhere, Gemma and the front of house manager for the morning of 30/08/21. We had a few issues which where resolved. Very small balconies for our suite were a bit of a nusiance.
