Another couple of nights here, partly for a meeting but mainly for some other appointments and a little shopping. I had my "usual" room - a deluxe double on the ground floor with a lovely walk-in shower. One or two minor "hiccups" with simple housekeeping matters (this is incredibly commonplace now, it seems to me?) Nonetheless, the bed had been made up with sheets and blankets as per my preferences. As before, the weather was not good enought to sit on my balcony (it was November!) but the room overlooked the tennis courts and was wonderfully quiet. The in-room air conditioning was fantastic. Breakfasts both days in the Terrace Bar were fantastic - an "off menu" item being gladly cooked and served. The attention from the staff (particularly Ana - hope the spelling is correct?) All the staff on reception were fantastic. Gemma was her usual wonderful self (!) and Florin was most helpful (as always) even doing an "emergency repair" on my coat zip just as I was about to leave. Once again, a resounding "thank you" to the team.

We went to St Pierre Park for a nice relaxing eve and we booked the junior suit with a jacuzzi. It was my birthday as well and the hotel made me feel so special and welcome! In the room was a birthday card and truffles with a birthday message in chocolate. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the reception to the bar. We will be staying over again soon. Fantastic service!

I had a skin specific facial done by Emily today which has left me feeling so revitalised, refreshed and relaxed. My skin is so radiant and Emily also focused on my scarring to help reduce the intensity of my scars which has done wonders!! Emily really helped me understand my skin and also put me in the right direction for skin products which I purchased. Elemis products are my favourite!! Very friendly, professional, relaxing and great value for money. I’ll be back next month for another facial with Emily! Thank you!

Just back from a staycation at St Pierre Park
Hotel for our daughter’s wedding. Thank you to all the staff who worked tirelessly under difficult circumstances to make their day so special. Nothing was too much trouble and every little detail taken care of. The day was completely magical. Thank you all, you were amazing.

Having stayed just before the Covid19 "lockdown", I'm delighted to post another review. This time, I was in Guernsey mainly for an evening training course, which meant that I only ate dinner on one evening. I had a superb room, with a fabolous walk-in shower, and a private balcony. A small probelm with the shower curtain was fixed promptly and efficiently (well done, Peter!) Unfortunately the weather wasn't great and so I couldn't make use of the balcony. This time, housekeeping were fantastic in arranging for "old fashioned" bedding (a lovely king sized blanket and sheets). The bed was really comfortable and I slept very well. Super-quiet air conditioning, too. Reception staff were really kind. I shall be back.

Just back from a 4 night stay travelling in from the Isle of Man.

Really nice hotel in a great central spot. Waitrose across the road with a bus stop outside so everything is really close. We walked into St Peter Port and it was no more than 20 minutes.

Hotel grounds are lovely with a big lake and water fountain that seemed to be on all day!

Lovely breakfast with so much on offer, and lunch and dinner at the Terrace were great!

The spa and swimming pool were really spot on with sauna and steam room, and a nice outdoor hot tub too.

Special mention to Nora who was excellent when in contact by email prior to our stay. So helpful with planning things for our 3 year old son. Lots of useful tips!

Couldn’t recommend enough and will hopefully return one day. Thank you!

Just back after a 3 night break at the hotel following the creation of the air bridge between our islands.
Lovely room, great pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful grounds. The staff were all fabulous- so friendly and always smiling and helpful. Great location- bus stop to town only a couple of minutes walk.
Enjoyed drinks on the terrace on a couple of evenings. Breakfast was lovely- lots of choice and all fresh. We.re looking forward to planning a return trip.

My Daughter's and I have just got home to Alderney after our one night stay ... Excellent spa facilities (Ellie gives a fantastic massage - highly recommend) .
The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our rooms overlooked the tennis court and both had a balcony my only issue which wasn't the SPP fault was a smoker further down which then wafted into my room .
Large car park with plenty of space for us to park our hire car and while We were unloading the overnight bags a staff member was in the car park and he took our bags into reception - from looking at the website possibly the manager ?!! Very impressed by this kind and unexpected gesture.
We ate out in town : cocktail at Balthazar then onto Dr Nello's - delicious as always !
Enjoyed a swim and a bit tub before breakfast which was very good lots to choose from with very friendly staff.
The hotel info was missing from our rooms which was a shame as we weren't sure what time the pool opened it breakfast time was but I guess a hygiene issue during this current situation
Lots of tea, coffee and delicious shortbread in the room and free bottled water in the mini fridge . I had Wi-Fi issues and couldn't connect my kindle fire which was annoying but not a huge issue.
Would definitely stay again and for longer ! Thank you SPP.

It was a mixed bag. The room I got was basically open to anyone looking in, but I got it moved. However, the new room had inferior tech. When there's really not much to do on site (the gym is rather inferior) and things close early, it can be a bit boring. Good beds, mostly friendly staff, and a nice view, though.

We bought the Quids In offer last year as a treat for the New Year. It was so good we did it again and enjoyed a superb relaxing overnight stay in one of the larger balcony rooms over looking the beautiful lake.
Our room 332 was light and airy, spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked with complementary still and sparkling water in the fridge Tea, coffee, biscuits and a nespresso machine were a welcome arrival. The quality bathroom toiletries, robes etc were put to good use.
After an early afternoon swim in the large pool & Spa area we enjoyed a predinner G&T in the Terrace bar.
Dinner was served in the Pavilion restaurant where we opted for the set menu comprising of fresh baked warm rolls & butter, starters of Moules a la creme and home made creamy chicken pate served on a brioche bun. The generous mains we chose were excellent, roasted cod and new potatoes, braised blade of beef served with creamy mash. For desert we shared a cheese platter, with biscuits, chutney, grapes and celery.
After a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, we enjoyed an early morning cuppa on the balcony followed by a swim in the empty pool.
Breakfast in the Vistor Hugo restaurant was included and we chose from the extensive cooked menu and continental selection.
We checked out just 20 hours later but it felt much longer.
Excellent staff, great service, attention to detail and so welcoming

Stayed overnight twice in the space of a week. I had the same room on both occasions - a newly renovated "deluxe double" with a really good walk-in shower, comfortable bed, first rate air conditioning and plenty of space. The staff were great, and the food and service in both bar and restaurant were first class. I had a good massage in the spa on my second visit, too. The reason for marking down a star is because bedding and bathroom preferences from my first stay were not remembered - only four days later!

I have been using this hotel & restaurant for a good 10 years or more now. A lovely relaxing environment after a days work. The restaurants evening meals & breakfasts are excellent, well recommended for business or pleasure.

I have recently stayed at this hotel a couple of times due to work. The hotel is impressive in terms of layout, room standard and the gym is brilliant. What I am most impressed with is the service in this hotel, nothing is a problem, everyone is so helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their face.

As somebody who stays in hotels alot for work or personal use, this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at for service, well done very impressive !

Gorgeous hotel.
I am a member at this hotel spa and decided to treat myself and partner to a staycation.
We had a free upgrade. Room spacious and wonderful view. The housekeeping , front of house and room service five star in every way.
It felt cosy and very quiet.
We walked to 19 for a game of crazy golf and a beer on the first day which is mins away.
You will not regret stayg here.
I can recommend breakfast in your room. It an extra three pounds for the treat.
