This was our third stay. Unfortunately had not asked for garden view on booking but was easy rectified at reception. All the staff are friendly, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast very good choice but slow replenishing empty food items. Especially on the fruit table. This year I used the spa and pool which was spotless. Able to sit out in the sun by the jacuzzi, beware this is extremely hot. Will we be back next year, of course we will.

Fantastic spa facilities and a very good breakfast not to mention the comfortable bedrooms and charming staff. A special mention to Bernadette on Reception who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely return!

What a fabulous hotel and setting. 10 mins walk from the port, plenty of space, rooms are great and the staff are superbly kind. The rooms are spacious clean and modern, the hotel is spotless, the pool and spa area, sun deck and grounds are simply fantastic. Is there a downside? Bar food could be better and the a la Carte could be improved however this nitpicking on what was a great stay even if it was for business reasons. Will definitely go back with my partner.

Room and facilities were excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food and service was good. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were really good, the steam room, pool and external hot tub were really well kept.
The only issue was that the cooked breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down. Congealed eggs, hard bacon, everything was luke warm. Have had significantly better experiences at cheaper hotels.

We had afternoon tea & champagne, used the pool & spa facilities. We had the three course meal and a stay overnight with breakfast. The service and staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food quality was superb, the breakfast is Devine. Afternoon tea on the patio in the sunshine was beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel for every aspect. What a wonderful place.

My first stay here. I was very impressed by my room, unexpected balcony and first-class housekeeping. Breakfast is less to be praised. One can order certain dishes (the kipper was excellent) but a well-stocked but often luke-warm buffet for full-English. Cold buffet is poorly replenished, the advertised ham rarely present. Cheeses are of good quality, but the choice is poor. Juices are often allowed to run out. On two mornings NY choice was limited to non-cloudy apple juice or - non-cloudy apple juice. Pity, because I remember in the 1980s the St Pierre Park gave OGH a run for its money. The grounds are a delight.

Well run hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was good but would have liked my full English freshly cooked instead of buffet style. The Terrace Bar serves bar type food which was very acceptable. We didn't eat in The Pavilion Restaurant but the lunch time menu was good so was afternoon tea but we were out all day. The evening menu was uninspiring.

This was our second visit to this excellent hotel. We had a room over looking the lake, and a hot tub on the balcony which we made great use of. The bed was extremely comfortable as well, and the room was very quiet. We ate dinner in La Pavillion and had a very good meal. Breakfast is buffet style with a very wide range of choices. There is a very good gym and spa with a great pool to swim in. The staff are all friendly and efficient and went to great lengths to sort out a problem with our bill. Will definitely return.

We asked for a quiet room. They tried but it doesn't exist. Music on Saturday nights is appalling, shaking the room. Fortunately it stops at midnight but it wasn't even good music! It spoilt the holiday. Otherwise I would have given the hotel 5 stars. Good beds, good food, very attentive service, beautiful grounds, excellent spa facilities. Minor niggle- too few hangers for 3 people arriving soaked!

My husband and I stayed at the St Pierre Park hotel and Spa for 4 nights 26/8/18 - 31/8/18. Lovely hotel, rooms good size, comfy beds with a large balcony. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, unhurried, good selection of choices and great service. Plenty of car parking, lovely pool too.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Guernsey. It is a long hilly walk from hotel to the town but the bus service is so good and stops right outside that this really wasn’t a problem.

We stayed here on the Friday and Saturday night and although the hotel is modern and lacking in character, the staff were very friendly at reception. The room was large with a huge bed, equally spacious bathroom and a balcony. In the morning we had our massages and Stacey my masseur was brilliant. The pool and spa areas were excellent...just a shame the outside hot tub was cold. Breakfast on both mornings was great. All in all, an excellent experience and highly recommended!

This hotel is lovely in terms of appearance and cleanliness, the facilities are excellent and unfortunately as this was a business trip I did not have the time to make full use of them. The bath in my room was gorgeous, I had the most relaxing time before going out for the evening with colleagues, however, when I returned back to my room to sleep at 11pm I found the room to be very hot. Now I did not want to open the balcony as it is easy for someone to walk across and gain access so I resorted to turning on the fan. Annoyingly the fan in my room wasn't working which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep, the stress of this was also escalated by the room next door to mine. Safe to say the walls were not sound proof! A poor child (absolutely not the hotels fault) was screaming his lungs off until approx 12am, I am aware that I could have moved rooms but it was so late I just wanted some sleep. Unfortunately when it came to waking up I slept through my alarm because I was so tired, woken up by some very loud noises in the room next door. It is a lovely hotel, I'm just disappointed with the nights disruptions.

This hotel is luxury. The rooms are brilliant everything you could want. The staff are friendly and courteous, very helpful.
The spa and gym facilities are excellent. The pool is very good, different times for children. The breakfast was to die for. We ate in the bar and the Pavillion restaurant both meals were excellent.
I would highly recommend this hotel

Had a very relaxing week here. Staff were sooooooo friendly, helpful and always cheerful. We upgraded to a junior suite which was well worth the money. Great location with an excellent gym and swimming pool. Highly recommend 👍

Service excellent, room good, spa and pool also good. Pool quieter in the evenings. Loved lounging around on the sun decks. Husband enjoyed the golf course. Would definitely go again. Easy access for trips out and equally enjoyed just staying in and around the hotel for a couple of days.

Having booked through a travel agent we didn't quite know what to expect when we arrived at the hotel. We were not to be disappointed!
A nice room with a good view over the tennis courts. Housekeeping staff are absolute stars - very thorough and constantly kept the room clean and fresh.
Breakfast was also a very positive experience. The staff were again very attentive and quality of food very good indeed.
The swimming pool is great although limited access for children. Our daughter takes swimming very seriously and likes to swim lengths, unfortunately she can only swim during the allocated children's time and it's not easy to swim lengths when the pool is full of young children playing so a re-think for serious child swimmers might be a good idea.
If we ever return to Guernsey this would be my first choice for accommodation.
A huge thank you to all who helped make our 10 day stay so memorable.

We had an amazing 5 night stay here. The facilities (spa, pool, gym etc) are very nice and don't get too busy. The breakfast was great too with so much choice that you could eat a different breakfast everyday. The staff are very friendly too and couldn't do enough for us. One waitress, I believe her name is Anna, at breakfast was especially friendly and always wished us a good morning. Right next to a supermarket and a bus stop, so it's very convenient. We'll definitely be staying again.

4 of us went on Sunday for afternoon tea, the setting was beautiful, staff attentive but not overpowering, lovely sandwiches, scones, and we had a lovely variety of little hand made cakes which were lovely, and good coffee!

St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa is situated just outside St Peter Port (a 40 minute walk or £1 bus ride). It offers First Class accommodation, dining, and Spa facilities. Rooms are maintained to a high standard; the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Very high quality food from the restaurants (there are 2 restaurants to choose from), and a good choice or options for breakfast. Only one issue - on our last day the restaurant menus were changed, and this appeared to lead to a little confusion in the kitchen and with the waiting staff. The indoor pool, Steam Room and outdoor Hot Tub are all kept spotlessly clean. We didn't use the Spa or golf facilities. A 15 minute taxi ride from the Airport, and within easy reach of the whole island. A lovely relaxing holiday was had by 2 very busy people. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel, we will visit again definitely.

I stayed here twice on my business visit to Guernsey. The hotel is large and modern and my room was beautiful. A huge bed, comfortable pillows, great room service and ducks to say hello in the morning. I didn't use the pool or spa, but they looked wonderful. Service fantastic and breakfast a real treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel and relaxing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing and staff are great and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. It is located in a good location with many facilities. Including swimmimg and spa. State of the art gum.

Pleasant welcome, attentive staff in all areas of the hotel. Great amenities and lovely spa area. Beautiful grounds for walking in. Quiet and newly refurbished rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Good location for visiting all the island in a quiet area. Waitrose two mins away if required. Will definitely be returning to the island and to this hotel.

Nice position on the outskirts of St Peters Port and helpful staff but tired rooms with no air conditioning or even extractor fans in bathroom. Food was good and amenities such as tennis courts pool etc again very pleasant.

My wife and myself are nearing the end of a 4 night visit at the St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort (part of the Hand Picked Hotels Group which now has 20 properties - including 3 Channel Island one’s) which is a 30 minute walk from St David Port or one can take the 41 or 42 Bus which stops outside the Hotel (all fares are £1).

The property was opened in May 1983 and - as I learnt from a lovely Remembrance Bench on the Island in the pond behind the Hotel - had the same GM (Dina Le Lacheur from 1985-2017). It is set in lovely and extensive grounds with a large Children’s Play Area, 3 Tennis Courts and a 9 Hole Par 3 Golf Course which my wife and myself played twice as part of our promotional Hotel package - something I would encourage others to consider. Although we didn’t make use of either the Gym or Spa, the latter was often fully booked.

All the staff are most pleasant and well turned out but none more so than Ioanna on the Front Desk who was particularly helpful throughout our stay. The Management also kindly arranged a late change of dates for our stay and - as it turned out - we were very happy with our room (#438 The Jersey Suite) which was comfortable, spacious and had sunshine streaming in for most of the day. It also overlooked the pond - my only recommendation would be the provision of larger wall TV as well as wider selection of TV Channels (including Sky).

Our stay was on a half-board basis with Breakfast served from 0730 hours (0800 hours at weekends) in La Fontaine Restaurant. It is buffet style with a number of supplementary dishes available on order. Dinner is served in The Pavillion with a good 3 course menu but one which is set on a seasonal basis (even so, some dishes were permanently unavailable throughout our stay) and this can prove challenging to guests staying longer than a few day!

We also had lunch on one occasion in Terrace Bar Cafe (which has an extensive menu) and found both the Soup of the Day (Ministrone) and the Cobb Salad most enjoyable. In addition, the service at all 3 F & B outlets was very good reflecting the general high standard of staff throughout the Hotel.

It should, therefore, come as no surprise that the property was operating at near full capacity throughout our stay. That said, it is now nearly 35 years old and, hopefully, an extensive refurbishment Programme will get underway in the not too distant future as on close examination the property is beginning to show its age and this will only become an increasing problem over time.
