I choose to stay at the St Pierre Park Hotel over the Christmas period. The hotels staff are their outstanding asset !! I’ve never met much such a happy bunch, everyone of them had time to talk and continue effortlessly with their tasks.
The food is first class and plentiful. The maitre’d Vlad is charming and has a great team of professional hard working staff. The bar staff are all excellent and attentive especially the ambidextrous Olly.
My bedroom was spacious and kept immaculate by housekeeping.
The spa has recently been ungraded and is impressive. The public areas are well presented.
Should I have the opportunity to return to Guernsey I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We booked the Victor Hugo suit for our works function. It was just the rigjt size space for us.
The food was great and served promptly.
The best bit of the evening - the satff who were so attentive in making sure our function went well and also went the extra mile in helping us set up the room.
Thank you all so very much.

This hotel probably needs to be refurbished. It is like going back in time to the 1980s. My room stank of ciggies. The chambermaid asked me if I could leave the room (when I was going for breakfast) so she would not have to come back again to clean it. The breakfast was not that great The communal areas were better and I hear the spa is good. I would not return by choice.

We only stayed one night but everything was made perfect by every single member of staff
From the front desk to the porter to the lady in the breakfast room every interaction made us feel so welcome
The room was very clean and even though the radiator wasn’t working the way they dealt Witt the problem was 1st class
Pool and Gym facilities were also great

Would love to go back

The hotel is well organised and as result rooms are well kept.
There has been a room refurb since last here and it’s an improvement.
Rooms are comfortable and clean.
They even have USB ports built in for charging devices.
Breakfast was excellent...amongst the best. Do have the natural yoghurt with fruits....made from local milk and is simply beautiful.

We also had a meal in the Pavilion restaurant and that is highly recommended.
We had the tennerfest menu (period during October and early November to encourage folk to eat out at cheaper price- our superb and I do mean superb 3 course meal was £17.50 each). The wine Costs more than the meal so be warned!

The bar meals seemed expensive so did not try £7-8 for a sandwich even if it does have crisps and a lettuce leaf. Maybe others think that’s ok?

The pool and gym area is much upgraded. They even have virtual spin/RPM classes. Did one that was labelled as fast and was well worth it. There was another called amargedddon and looking at the class members felt grateful I had not chosen that one.
The pool has a steam room as well as sauna. Outdoors there is jacuzzi but didn’t fancy it as November after all.

It is also on the main road into town, 20 minutes walk away or catch a bus. Or get the bus to the west coast with cobo and vazon bays of beautiful sand and surfing.

Summary
If you want quiet, elegant hotel with excellent food and brilliant free ( to hotel guests) spa/gym then this is your place.

Stayed on business . The staff are polite , the rooms clean and the bar menu we had was tasty. Didn't have time to use the outdoor pool which looked really nice in the sun. I would use this hotel again .

Stayed here for three nights, room was good, spacious and clean.
Staff were helpful, although it would have been good to have more interaction with them.
Restaurant food was very good but we did have to send food back from the bar due to it not cold and not as described.
Hotel spa was very good but more child pool flexability would be good, especially at weekends.
The hotel is in a good position and seemed to be about a 10 minute drive from everywhere on the island.
Overall a very good stay.

We stayed here for a week in the summer of 2018, when the weather was so hot!
The hotel is first class, everything you need. Spacious clean rooms as you would expect from a 4 star hotel, the staff (especially) the reception staff, and Tom the Concierge, and Alvis who drove us into town for our day trip to Herm. Lovely hotel would recommend. Have stayed here many times.

This was our third stay. Unfortunately had not asked for garden view on booking but was easy rectified at reception. All the staff are friendly, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast very good choice but slow replenishing empty food items. Especially on the fruit table. This year I used the spa and pool which was spotless. Able to sit out in the sun by the jacuzzi, beware this is extremely hot. Will we be back next year, of course we will.

Fantastic spa facilities and a very good breakfast not to mention the comfortable bedrooms and charming staff. A special mention to Bernadette on Reception who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely return!

What a fabulous hotel and setting. 10 mins walk from the port, plenty of space, rooms are great and the staff are superbly kind. The rooms are spacious clean and modern, the hotel is spotless, the pool and spa area, sun deck and grounds are simply fantastic. Is there a downside? Bar food could be better and the a la Carte could be improved however this nitpicking on what was a great stay even if it was for business reasons. Will definitely go back with my partner.

Room and facilities were excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food and service was good. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were really good, the steam room, pool and external hot tub were really well kept.
The only issue was that the cooked breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down. Congealed eggs, hard bacon, everything was luke warm. Have had significantly better experiences at cheaper hotels.

We had afternoon tea & champagne, used the pool & spa facilities. We had the three course meal and a stay overnight with breakfast. The service and staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food quality was superb, the breakfast is Devine. Afternoon tea on the patio in the sunshine was beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel for every aspect. What a wonderful place.
