From walking into reception and leaving today, everything has been done to ensure our stay was uneventful.

With multiple bookings done, allowing us to stay in the one room and reception automatically booking us in, saving us from checking in and out of the room.

Spa is wonderful, treatments are very good and popular, so prebooking is recommended before arrival.

Decent enough hotel although rooms are looking a little "tired". Rooms overlooking the gardens (to the rear) are best. Breakfast was ok however my smoked haddock and poached eggs arrived before my porridge! Also, the poached eggs were overdone and "rubbery". Good food selection at breakfast.

The hotel is just over a mile from the harbour in Guernsey and has a great garden, golf course, pool, and other leisure facilities. It is on bus routes 41 and 42 which offer a service several times an hour to Vazon Bay in one direction and to St. Peter Port in the other. Both journeys can be walked in about 25 minutes. Bus fares are £1 per journey whether you go one stop or right around the island on the 91 or 92 service.
The hotel provides a great breakfast, has reasonable bar prices, with good meals in the bar, and great meals including afternoon tea in the Pavilion Restaurant.
The pool and gym are good but the popular treatment rooms in the spa often get booked up.
The staff were helpful and friendly and the only downside was that the ceiling tiles in the top floor rooms lifted when the windows were opened and there was a breeze. The Reception Staff acknowledged the problem and said that plans were in hand to sort the problem.

Rooms are spacious, quiet and very nice. Includes small fridge, iron and ironing board, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal teas, water and shortbread biscuits. Toiletries are very good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is substantial and delicious. Lots of parking, beautiful gardens and a short drive to St Peters Port.

Good points;
- incredible size
- bed was extremely comfortable
- very reasonably priced
- private hot tub
- very friendly staff

Bad points;
- didn't stay for long enough!

We have stayed at St Pierre Park twice now, first time in the Alderney Suite. It was incredible! The room was absolutely massive with a lounge area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony was all set up with garden furniture and cushions and the hot tub was hot and clean.
We ordered room service as it seemed a waste not to spend the evening on our private balcony watching the sun set, this came very quickly and the staff carry phones to ring your room when they are outside, which worked great for when we were outside.
The bed was extremely comfortable and had all the homely comforts i.e. dressing gowns and slippers.

The second time we stayed, we were put into the Breqchou suite. We were a little disheartened as we didn't think it would compare to the Alderney suite bit it did! It was more modern than the Alderney suite, with a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. Massive tv's in both the lounge and bedroom and again a private balcony with a hot tub.

It was spotless and the bed was again super comfortable!

We ordered food to our room using the phones within the suite, which arrived very quickly. One dish arrived wrong, we were given a crab sandwich instead of a club sandwich however when the staff were advised of this they were very apologetic and quickly rectified this for us.

We spent the evening looking at the stars whilst relaxing in our hot tub and even ordered late night ice cream to the room, which was no trouble for the staff at all.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we already look forward to our next stay here. 10/10 St Pierre Park!

I booked a Spa Day for my friend who was visiting from mainland and myself.
We have both used various hotels for Spa Days and both admitted this was the best we have used.
The location, facilities, food and staff all excellent we both had an amazing day.
The receptionist for the Spa was very knowledgable and friendly, taking care to fully explain and show us the facilities.
I had Emily to do my treatment, a facial which was really a lovely experience - relaxing and my face felt wonderful. At the end Emily fully explained the products she had used, gave me a brochure with the product and spent time giving me advice.
The day was truly a wonderful experience and we will certainly be visiting again - very highly recommended.

Guernsey is only about an hour's flight from the UK and therefore easy to get to without too much hassle .Guernsey has a lot of history relating to the second world war.
The islands is not far from several other islands. Sarkozy about fifty minutes by boat, and Herm is only fifteen minutes by boat which adds to the day out.

A beautiful setting, and well kept grounds. Staff very well trained and good at their jobs.
Good flexible dining possibilities and a wonderful swimming pool. Good choice at breakfast. Location is good because the walk to St Peter [where we usually stay] is only 20 minutes but walking west to Cobo and Vazon is only 3 miles. And if you want it there is a bus outside the front door.

We stayed here for four nights and had a lovely suite with our own hot tub on our Terrace. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The hotel was well run - good breakfast and service efficient. Our only complaint was that on the Saturday night the hotel had taken a booking for a function with VERY LOUD MUSIC which was just under our suite. This is quite unacceptable and inconsiderate in the extreme for hotel guests. When we complained to the duty manager he was not helpful. His response was to offer us a cup of tea! Luckily the music stopped at midnight. Despite this I would recommend the hotel but check first if they are having any functions.

First, the staff here are incredibly friendly and earnest. Everyone seems committed to making guests happy.

The hotel overall is charming. The rooms are nice, roomy, and comfortable. Generously sized toiletries are provided. The one down-side is that the rooms are quite warm and there is no air-conditioning. Depending on your room, you might be able to leave a window open, and some rooms have small balconies or doors to a terrace, but some people might not feel secure doing so.

The food is really the weak point for this hotel. It seems like they are unfamiliar with dealing with dietary restrictions and such requests are met with well-meaning, but largely unpalatable options. Overall the food seems to be circa 1970. If you like blood sausage with boiled eggs, you'll be fine. Vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, etc, proceed with caution.

We have booked a Spa at the hotel but we were staying in other hotel . We were warmly greeted at the spa . Staff were very attentive and welcoming. we enjoyed the facilities they had and the Spa package included afternoon tea which was excellent and well worth money. Massage therapist were great . We would like to go back again in our next trip

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday at this hotel which excelled in every sphere of service and quality. Welcoming, fine cuisine, high standards of cleanliness and beautiful location and grounds make this hotel stand out. However, it's in the finer details that the St Pierre Park stands above others in my opinion. So many hotels these days penny pinch with basic bathroom toiletries and extra charges at every turm. We were treated to fine perfumed soaps and gels etc, bottled water replenished daily, a room fridge for personal use rather than for sale of expensive drinks and FREE use of the tennis courts, crazy golf with a wonderful spa, pool and Jacuzzi. Jugs of iced water were always available with meals without pressure to purchase drinks and the sea bass was the best I've ever tasted.
Children were very welcome and loved the safe and spacious parkland in which to play. Oh yes - and mustn't forget the beautiful golf course alongside with a discount for guests which made it just £13 for 9 holes. Highly recommended! Will certainly be back.

A 1 week stay with 2 young children. The room was spacious, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. Food and facilities were spot on.
We all had a great time and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone looking for a luxury break.

We stayed for a 1 week vacation at this lovely hotel set in lovely grounds. We had a lovely room with a massive bed. Excellent bathroom, and a fridge in the room. This was all kept clean and tidy by the happy and friendly staff. The only downside to our room was the tiny balcony. Room for 1 only!! The rest of the hotel was 9 out of 10, as nowhere is perfect!!

My wife and I decided to book a last minute break to Guernsey and selected the St Pierre Park. On arrival the deck in was see less and an hour later a phone call to ask if all was ok and did we want anything. I enquired about a map and was more than happy to pick up but the manager brought it to the room. The room was a basic double but clean , comfortable and all amenities.
We ate a couple of times in the Terrace bar and the food was good, with a reasonable choice and not overly expensive for a hotel.Breakfast was always good with a wide variety of choice.Spa facilities were good and staff professional.
What I cannot praise enough was the friendliness of the staff who were always willing to help with any query. I sometimes heard people moaning about the most trivial things but the staff always tried to resolve. I couldn't fault anyone. The cleaning staff, receptionists, bar staff and mangers were all excellent. Special thanks to the Latvian concierge who took us to the airport despite being busy. He was friendly and professional and like all staff at St Pierre Park a credit to the organisation. We would go back without hesitation.

As we checked in at reception we heard those magic words...you are all upgraded, even the children! We had beautifully refurbished interconnecting rooms with lovely balconies that were sunny all day long and, most importantly for me, caught the evening sun as well. Our rooms were quiet, luxurious and stylish with effective fans if you needed to cool down and had views of the gorgeous garden.
The swimming pool and deck area is lovely although I would prefer to have allocated "adult only" swim times rather than the existing "children only" times, particularly for hotelt guests; this is the facility that attracts families to stay. Do try the crazy golf, fiendishly difficult but we became experts!
However the real stars of the hotel are the staff who are informal, friendly, caring and
exceptional.
Finally, no taxis required, the 41 & 42 buses stop outside the hotel; by the end of the week several of the drivers were greeting us like friends.

We have stayed at this hotel Eight or nine times , with breaks ranging from 2 nights to seven nights and have never been disappointed with the rooms and facilities, nor fthe service or the staff.

This visit was for 5 nights in an Executive room, but on arrival, we were upgraded to a large two room suite with kitchen Separate WC and a superb bathroom with a separarte bsth and shower cubicle., and as we had a dining table and chairs we ate in 'on room service ' the first night, and had breakfast sent up on my wife's birthday.

Last night we had an exellent bar meal at a reasonable price for a 4/5 star hotel, which has a lake, gardens and it's own golf course.

One good Point worth mentioning was the publication of busy and quieter times for breakfast- it certainly helped in planning our days.

This is the hotel we will chose first every time we visit Guernsey.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of St Peter Port and is walkable into town. The rooms were well equipped and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also well equipped with plenty of storage space for toiletries etc. as this is so often not the case in hotels. Most, if not all rooms have a balcony and ours overlooked the gardens and the lake. Staff were friendly and food in the restaurant was good but a bit on the pricey side. We were rather concerned to find a note in our room warning us that an event was being held in a function room which could generate some noise. We later fround this event was a school prom so expected the worst, but in fact we heard nothing even though it was a warm evening and the doors were open onto the terrace..My only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the decor in the bedrooms could benefit from a refresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Had a very lovely stay here with my two girls - the hotel is fantastic , very clean, friendly staff, lovely rooms, comfy beds. Spa and swimming pool is really nice and you can use the pool with children at certain times of the day . The grounds are well kept and lovely too .
The best part for us was undoubtedly the breakfasts, a huge choice of fruits and cereals, continental breads cheeses etc and amazing fryups - the scrambled egg was the best and even my daughter ate the black pudding !!!
Our only downside was that a family with a baby stayed in the room next to ours from our second night there so we had two very sleepless nights as it sounded as though they were in our room - we could actually hear every word the man said . We did phone reception I asked if they had any ear plugs as my littlest couldn't sleep through the noise but they said no and no other suggestions were made . It was a real shame for us but as for the hotel itself - it was lovely !

The hotel is about a 25 minute from the town centre (steep hill) making it much quieter than many hotels. It is very spacious and, although the rooms and lounge area are a bit dated, it is all very clean and comfortable.

The best of the hotel is the staff and nothing is too much trouble. The spa has recently been seriously refurbished and is superb for the gym and pool.

The breakfast is one of the best in any hotel we have stayed in but I would suggest elsewhere for dinner than the lounge. It is nice food but with so much better on offer in St Peter Port, I would suggest there instead.

Nice place to stay for one or two nights only. Good they closed their restaurant on the ground floor as the quality of food served was shocking. They now have only one restaurant located on the lower ground floor which is much better and of a professional nature.
Several members of staff manning the spa area were observed not customer friendly as there appeared to be favouritism between guests and regular out side visitors and the outside visitors got the benefits. Not acceptable in my opinion.
Training of some bar staff would be a good idea as one or two staff members were unable to pull a quality pint of beer.
Angela and the Spanish guy on reception were impressive and found very professional but the rest if the staff on reception I thought improvements are needed in customer relations.

Although this hotel is a fair distance from the town, the buses (great value at £1 per trip) pass every few minutes. The staff here are marvellous, very helpful and pleasant. Rooms pristine, really comfy beds (we slept like logs) plenty of pillows and a spotless bathroom with fluffy towels. Patio style doors onto your own balcony mean that even if your room is a bit too warm you can have fresh air. Only small downside was we were woken by extractor fans in the mornings (probably unavoidable) and once by staff in the office next door. Breakfast choice very good, large hot and cold buffet to choose from, loved the eggs florentine. Four star for good reason.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Nothing was ever to much.

Ever Breakfast we were greeted by a lovely gentleman that went above and beyond. We even saw him nip to a nearby shop for one guests request for peanut butter.

He wasn't the only person that made our stay.

Free tennis and facilities for our kids was great.

The staff are this hotels best asset.

We will be back.

This is a large hotel for Guernsey and feels more corporate than leisure but has many facilities including indoor pool and gym. Rooms are all good.
Lots of free parking.
There are buses into town from the main road outside the hotel and it is only about a twenty minute walk.
Very large room for buffet breakfast.

The wife won a morning of being pampered at the spa which enjoyed, and was impressed with the new setup in the Spa / Gym area.
We then went to The Pavillion for a lunch, hers was all in the voucher she had won, then menu she had to choose from was different to the one I was supplied with when I arrived, however both meals were excellent and it was a shame that we were only two eating. However when we left several others had come down.
But a place as good as this should be buzzing, food excellent service excellent could not fault anything.
