We stayed for 7 nights, we were welcomed from the time we entered the hotel. Check in was very easy, the room was a standard with en-suite which had a bath with a shower, i found the bath a bit to high to step into i have a disability . ( i did not inform when booking did not think about how high the bath would be, I will know next time) over looking the front of the hotel. Over the 8 days we were there we had breakfast most days, which had a good selection of hot and cold food to suit all ages. we had 1 dinner in the main restaurant which was very good, I thought it was a little expensive for what we had. We had a few meals in the bar these were good but very limited on the choice on the menu. My wife and I decided it would of been better if they had at least 1 special each night it would of been better. The service in the bar was very good. They have a spa and golf which we did not use. over all a very pleasant place to stay.

An overnight business trip. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Room (2nd floor) was clean, comfortable and whisper quiet. I did not have an opportunity to use any of the amenities other than the hotel bar and the breakfast restaurant in the morning. Breakfast had a good selection (both continental and cooked). In short, everything was seamless and nothing was found wanting throughout the experience.

We stayed for 6 nights and this is a pleasant hotel in great grounds well placed for getting around. However, there are a few grumbles. Our room, 531, was well appointed large and comfortable but had an adjoining door to the next room. We got to know our neighbours, their Skype/FaceTime contacts and music tastes very well. Honestly, they were not noisy it was simply the door was so thin! The breakfast was okay, good buffet but ordering from the chef was less successful. On a couple of occasions the wait was very long and this was not just our experience, it did seem to improve towards the end, staff were attentive. The bar prices are very high, £10 plus for local gins which are £3 to £4 in other restaurants. Bar food is equally inflated. The spa is fantastic with an above average sized indoor swimming pool, steam room etc. The outside jacuzzi was very warm and totally relaxing. Good parking facilities.

We stayed here as two couples on a get away break . The hotel is well located and offers everything you need to relax. The spa facilities are excellent. Food in all areas is great and good value. I would definitely return.

A very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was fabulous. Breakfasts were great and plenty of choice. Very clean rooms. Ideal location and can easily walk into St Peter port.

We came here as a family trip for my parents wedding anniversary. The accommodation is splendid and spacious, and the staff are very helpful.

There's a decent size swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi; which is great in the rain. Or, if you prefer, a decent size bar area.

Breakfast catered for everyone's needs, and dinner was very well done, too.

It's about a 20 min walk into town, and there's also crazy golf at the local golf course. Something for everyone.

It's not cheap, but then it is a spa resort.

Lovely room leading onto beautiful gardens. The only gripes were the beds were too soft, even with a board underneath. I even emailed to ensure a firm bed. This problem of the beds was a reapeat from when we stayed in 2015 . As we tried 3 different rooms on that occasion, so i thought emailing would prepare the hotel for our stay. But it was a shame , my husband and i hardly slept and my husbands back became slowly worse ,and was glad when we were returning home .The tea and coffee were cold everyday at breakfast. Even though we asked to make sure it wasn't cold, it still came luke warm. We complained the last time we came. It's a shame millions on a refurbishment but not on the rooms and simple hot water.
Had to chase our delivery of our daily newspaper every day.
Staff were excellent especially a few breakfast waiters and waitresses while a few kept mysteriously dissapearing putting extra work onto the others. Our cleaner in our room was brilliant. But why have bed turning down at around 6.00, this was a pointless waste of staff time. Pluss why? I think I can turn my own bed down very old fashiond and out dated waste of time.
But overall we had a lovely time, but please get some firm mattresses and hot tea and coffee.!
Bar meals over expensive for what you get, again came cold and we had to wait for butter and pepper. So we refused to pay. So sad as this was on our first night as the restaurant said they were fully booked. But as our room was ajasent to it could not see anyone in there up to 7.30. Then only a few. Didn't make sense!
This wonderful hotel needs a central good manager who is there all the time over looking the day to day running of the bar , rooms, and reception as everyone seemed to be either running around after there own backsides or total majicaly dissapearing.
Please take a leaf from the Fermain Hotel were staff work as a team, very efficient.

Second visit to this excellent hotel. From check in to departure nothing was too much trouble. For example my husband had to urgently go into the town but a taxi was two hours wait so a member of staff kindly drove him in. We had a lower ground floor room which had a terrace onto the garden and if the weather had been better would have been a great area to relax with the morning papers. Good and varied choice at buffet breakfast, with a separate menu for things like smoked haddock and poached eggs which was a great start to the day. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable, with turn down service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Having been to Guernsey many times this hotel is one I would recommend every time.

The room was clean quiet and very comfortable. We booked in as a party - mostly of pensionable age, so no late-night carousing The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. As a coach party, we had our meals apart from the regular guests - we suspected that they didn't want the other guests to know how well we were treated! The food was first class and there were no complaints that we heard.
Just before we left for our return journey, guests were arriving in numbers for a "masquerade" - so maybe it got noisy that night.
All in all, we would recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our bedrrom was spacious and comfortable (although road noise was a little intrusive at night). We ate in the restaurant each night and enjoyed well cooked and well presented meals; the only hiccup was vegetables which tended to be overcooked. Wine in the restaurant was heavily marked up so we didn't always treat ourslves to more than a glass.

Service was always excellent.

My wife and I travelled to Guernsey for a 5 night Autumn break and to be honest feel disappointed with the hotel

On entering our room I noticed a complete lack of air conditioning - instead a desk top fan is supplied. I can only imagine how bad room conditions could be in the summer? It also meant we had to sleep with balcony door open - see below for noise issues exacerbated by this need to have doors open.

Having been caught out on previous holidays I sort of knew what was coming when the maid had left a note in our room informing us of a wedding reception in the hotel and that "some noise may transfer to the bedrooms". What an understatement - and anyway, what were we expected to do? Move to another hotel? It's also not just the noise - it's the behaviour of wedding guests after consuming huge amounts of alcohol. The notice said noise should cease about 12midnight - it was well after 1am and disco was still on - not to mention our next room guests had to be told by me to shut up at 3am.

The up side is our room rate included a very good breakfast, free parking and the room had a fridge and a queen size bed.

On the whole I will use the hotel again, but only after I have asked about events first.

Found hotel to be very homely despite its size. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, it overlooked the garden side on the ground floor, however it was rather dark as our light was blocked by the overhang of the balcony above. Breakfast buffet was good. We did eat in the bar in the evening, the menu was varied and the pricing spot on. The staff were friendly and plentiful. We didn't have transport so used the regular bus service which had a bus stop 5 minutes walk away. Felt we made the right choice even if it is a little out of town.

From walking into reception and leaving today, everything has been done to ensure our stay was uneventful.

With multiple bookings done, allowing us to stay in the one room and reception automatically booking us in, saving us from checking in and out of the room.

Spa is wonderful, treatments are very good and popular, so prebooking is recommended before arrival.

Decent enough hotel although rooms are looking a little "tired". Rooms overlooking the gardens (to the rear) are best. Breakfast was ok however my smoked haddock and poached eggs arrived before my porridge! Also, the poached eggs were overdone and "rubbery". Good food selection at breakfast.

The hotel is just over a mile from the harbour in Guernsey and has a great garden, golf course, pool, and other leisure facilities. It is on bus routes 41 and 42 which offer a service several times an hour to Vazon Bay in one direction and to St. Peter Port in the other. Both journeys can be walked in about 25 minutes. Bus fares are £1 per journey whether you go one stop or right around the island on the 91 or 92 service.
The hotel provides a great breakfast, has reasonable bar prices, with good meals in the bar, and great meals including afternoon tea in the Pavilion Restaurant.
The pool and gym are good but the popular treatment rooms in the spa often get booked up.
The staff were helpful and friendly and the only downside was that the ceiling tiles in the top floor rooms lifted when the windows were opened and there was a breeze. The Reception Staff acknowledged the problem and said that plans were in hand to sort the problem.

Rooms are spacious, quiet and very nice. Includes small fridge, iron and ironing board, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal teas, water and shortbread biscuits. Toiletries are very good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is substantial and delicious. Lots of parking, beautiful gardens and a short drive to St Peters Port.

Good points;
- incredible size
- bed was extremely comfortable
- very reasonably priced
- private hot tub
- very friendly staff

Bad points;
- didn't stay for long enough!

We have stayed at St Pierre Park twice now, first time in the Alderney Suite. It was incredible! The room was absolutely massive with a lounge area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony was all set up with garden furniture and cushions and the hot tub was hot and clean.
We ordered room service as it seemed a waste not to spend the evening on our private balcony watching the sun set, this came very quickly and the staff carry phones to ring your room when they are outside, which worked great for when we were outside.
The bed was extremely comfortable and had all the homely comforts i.e. dressing gowns and slippers.

The second time we stayed, we were put into the Breqchou suite. We were a little disheartened as we didn't think it would compare to the Alderney suite bit it did! It was more modern than the Alderney suite, with a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. Massive tv's in both the lounge and bedroom and again a private balcony with a hot tub.

It was spotless and the bed was again super comfortable!

We ordered food to our room using the phones within the suite, which arrived very quickly. One dish arrived wrong, we were given a crab sandwich instead of a club sandwich however when the staff were advised of this they were very apologetic and quickly rectified this for us.

We spent the evening looking at the stars whilst relaxing in our hot tub and even ordered late night ice cream to the room, which was no trouble for the staff at all.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we already look forward to our next stay here. 10/10 St Pierre Park!

I booked a Spa Day for my friend who was visiting from mainland and myself.
We have both used various hotels for Spa Days and both admitted this was the best we have used.
The location, facilities, food and staff all excellent we both had an amazing day.
The receptionist for the Spa was very knowledgable and friendly, taking care to fully explain and show us the facilities.
I had Emily to do my treatment, a facial which was really a lovely experience - relaxing and my face felt wonderful. At the end Emily fully explained the products she had used, gave me a brochure with the product and spent time giving me advice.
The day was truly a wonderful experience and we will certainly be visiting again - very highly recommended.

Guernsey is only about an hour's flight from the UK and therefore easy to get to without too much hassle .Guernsey has a lot of history relating to the second world war.
The islands is not far from several other islands. Sarkozy about fifty minutes by boat, and Herm is only fifteen minutes by boat which adds to the day out.

A beautiful setting, and well kept grounds. Staff very well trained and good at their jobs.
Good flexible dining possibilities and a wonderful swimming pool. Good choice at breakfast. Location is good because the walk to St Peter [where we usually stay] is only 20 minutes but walking west to Cobo and Vazon is only 3 miles. And if you want it there is a bus outside the front door.

We stayed here for four nights and had a lovely suite with our own hot tub on our Terrace. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The hotel was well run - good breakfast and service efficient. Our only complaint was that on the Saturday night the hotel had taken a booking for a function with VERY LOUD MUSIC which was just under our suite. This is quite unacceptable and inconsiderate in the extreme for hotel guests. When we complained to the duty manager he was not helpful. His response was to offer us a cup of tea! Luckily the music stopped at midnight. Despite this I would recommend the hotel but check first if they are having any functions.

First, the staff here are incredibly friendly and earnest. Everyone seems committed to making guests happy.

The hotel overall is charming. The rooms are nice, roomy, and comfortable. Generously sized toiletries are provided. The one down-side is that the rooms are quite warm and there is no air-conditioning. Depending on your room, you might be able to leave a window open, and some rooms have small balconies or doors to a terrace, but some people might not feel secure doing so.

The food is really the weak point for this hotel. It seems like they are unfamiliar with dealing with dietary restrictions and such requests are met with well-meaning, but largely unpalatable options. Overall the food seems to be circa 1970. If you like blood sausage with boiled eggs, you'll be fine. Vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, etc, proceed with caution.

Staff were very attentive and welcoming. we enjoyed the facilities they had and the Spa package included afternoon tea which was excellent and well worth money. Massage therapist were great . We would like to go back again in our next trip

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday at this hotel which excelled in every sphere of service and quality. Welcoming, fine cuisine, high standards of cleanliness and beautiful location and grounds make this hotel stand out. However, it's in the finer details that the St Pierre Park stands above others in my opinion. So many hotels these days penny pinch with basic bathroom toiletries and extra charges at every turm. We were treated to fine perfumed soaps and gels etc, bottled water replenished daily, a room fridge for personal use rather than for sale of expensive drinks and FREE use of the tennis courts, crazy golf with a wonderful spa, pool and Jacuzzi. Jugs of iced water were always available with meals without pressure to purchase drinks and the sea bass was the best I've ever tasted.
Children were very welcome and loved the safe and spacious parkland in which to play. Oh yes - and mustn't forget the beautiful golf course alongside with a discount for guests which made it just £13 for 9 holes. Highly recommended! Will certainly be back.

A 1 week stay with 2 young children. The room was spacious, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. Food and facilities were spot on.
We all had a great time and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone looking for a luxury break.
