A genius concept which cost us about a third of a traditional removal company. John and Jake worked so tirelessly and were a complete pleasure. The customer service from start to finish was flawless and I can’t recommend it enough. One note - the collection took 3 hours for 3 pods and we had quite close parking about 5 doors down the road so I would budget more than the suggested one hour for the collection.

Such a smooth process from start to finish. Really impressed with how efficient, value for money and painless the whole experience was. The staff are really clear and helpful on the phone. So useful to have a service that brings the unit to your front door, it was perfect for us as we didn’t need to be able to have access to the unit and didn’t mean we had the huge expense of hiring a removal van!

June 28 was a bad day to move. The van was one and a half hours late arriving as they had to build an extra pod. I was notified of their progress. Although the crew were all nice guys unfortunately an antique screen was broken which was a treasured possession. This is going to be taken care of by the insurance but it is a very difficult thing to replace. I am sure Easy Move are usually a great company but I feel they had taken on too many jobs on this particular day. They did however kindly provide me with a couple of free boxes.

I would like to thank everyone at easyStorage for making my move a happy and easy one. All contact by phone and text was friendly and very helpful. Particular thanks to Andy and Shaun for making the delivery of my furniture and boxes today a pleasure rather than a stressful experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating when booking and gave me good advice. Unfortunately on the day of pick up the team were late, missing their time slot by 40 minutes. However they did ring to let me know and texted me to give updates of their ETA. When they arrived the loaders were exceptional. They were super-efficient and very friendly; I really couldn't fault them. It did go over the hour for loading 3 pods but because they were late arriving they said the extra payment would be refunded. All in all I am very happy with the service so far.

Such a brilliant & friendly service. On what could have been a stressful day, the guys were so helpful and calm with loading the pods. It was actually all smooth and stress-free. They are so professional with loading and maximising the space. I definitely recommend them and am so pleased that I didn’t go with the more expensive companies I got quotes from.
