I can highly recommend this service and the two men that came to pack everything up. Not only very professional, understanding and effectively efficient with their time and packing but also made a stressful situation as stress free as possible. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. I cannot recommend Easy Storage enough. Things are so crazy in the world right now, and I appreciate that booking with Easy Storage took something that would have been tremendously complicated with young twins, and an international move while moving into a house--to something very simple. The prices were amazing for the extraordinary value of service we received.

The team from easyStorage right from the beginning by Aarti taking my call and explaining the process and getting setup to John and Clayton promptly arriving on the day of collection was made so simple for my move. Gary and Davie were brilliant. Very efficient and also pleasant and chatty. I had underestimated how much stuff we had and was worried it wouldn’t all fit in 3 pods but they managed to get it all in! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage and would use again without hesitation if ever I need it.

Excellent communication and service. Great help from the easystorage team to collect the keys from the renting agency and evacuate my flat while I was in Portugal due to the Covid restrictions.

Jeremy Sam and Natty arrived to move my whole house into storage. They were very friendly and extremely efficient they loaded the two pods with due care and attention I could not have asked for better
However they were unable to tell me where my home would be stored locally which was a bit worrying as Uxbridge was mentioned and I live in Essex that was the only fault

Gary and his team once again provided excellent service. They returned my furniture to my new address exactly on time and were very helpful and good natured dealing with some pretty tight fits round corners. So far this has been an excellent service, My furniture was handled very carefully and they tried to get maximum storage in the pods. They staff were very helpful helping me to gaffe tape boxies and bed sheets and box if purchased were reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and down to earth.

After a minor glitch at the start - which Jonathan and Nigel promptly sorted, this company are amazing and I would highly recommend them. Rather than leave us with an issue, they worked very hard to accommodate us - now that’s Great customer service 🤩. Jonathan himself came the following day - what a lovely man! Experience was fantastic with both the booking and the removal into storage. Very professional and friendly. Joe who did my booking stayed on well after his shift to ensure we had everything completed. The removal guys were brilliant. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend. They managed to fit us in at very short notice by rearranging their schedules. Rang on Thursday 6pm removal into storage complete by Friday 4pm .
