Gavin Sam and Louis were excellent in managing my chaotic attempts at packing and fitting everything tidily into the bn pods. They were very hardworking respectful and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them for their care and professionalism they showed.

We loved the experience of easy storage, the gentlemen were very polite and hard working. The arrived on time and worked hard to pack all of our belongings into the pods. The contents were packed well and they also made sure we were happy they had got everything.

Moving is always stressful but this service took a lot of the stress away. Iqbal called me the day before to confirm my booking and to get an idea of what was being stored. He kept me up to date with arrival time and they moved everything swiftly and carefully without me lifting a finger!

I had 3 guys who gave me a heads up call to say what time they will arrive. They were really lovely and managed to do a quick job in horrendous weather condition (there was a storm!). Very friendly and even helped unscrewed the legs off my TV so i can get it into its box! Ultimately it was an inclusive service of storage and removals in one which was able to take away the added stress of moving as a single person.

I want to make it clear that my review of 1 star is based on the Customer Service staff at Easystorage. The guys who carried out our removals were fantastic and I have already left a 5 star review for them on their own page. The customer service side of the business is embarrassingly poor.
The process seems very easy to start with where you estimate how much space you will need and then easystorage promise to re-calculate the actual cost based on how many pods you've actually used. My advice would be to not use Easy Storage at all but if you do, it's better to under-estimate than over-estimate on the number of pods you will need because they will not give you the money back as promised if you use less space than you have paid for.
The customer service team are very attentive and responded to all my e-mails within minutes when I was enquiring with them and they wanted my money, but as soon as I'm owed a refund, they have completely ignored me. I've sent around 8 e-mails and made several phone calls to get the refund I'm owed but either the phone isn't answered or on the one occasion I have got through they have just fobbed me off again, promising to sort the issue out but then not doing anything.
The online chat is also something I've tried, but is also a complete waste of time. All they will do is promise someone will be in contact and to e-mail the address that I've already been ignored on several times.
It now looks likely I will have to chase them through the courts to get my money back and I'm already dreading the process of arranging my possessions to be re-delivered as I know it's going to be a painful one.
Edit - This has now been resolved by Akmeela who was very helpful so thank you. I've changed my rating to recognise this was resolved in the end.

The movers were polite, professional, and exceptionally helpful, transforming what could have been a daunting and overwhelming process into a smooth and stress-free experience. They took the time to inquire about items requiring special care or handling and went above and beyond by assisting in returning some belongings to the original locker when everything could not fit into the box.

We used easystorage while moving house in Croydon as we needed store our things for a while until our new house is ready. Sam, Darnell, Gavin and Lee were brilliant and really efficient (we didn't lift a finger!). It took away so much stress from moving out. The pods were packed really well.
