Let's start with the positives: the packing service is excellent – the team is prompt, hardworking, and fast.
However, on collection day, they tried to charge us for an additional month, despite the initial fee covering a monthly storage period and the collection fee. Customer service hasn't explained why this error occurred.
A few days after collection, we were ready to book the return, but due to missing login details (their website was under maintenance), I had to contact them via email to request a quote. When I confirmed the booking date without receiving a quote, customer service tried to charge us again for the monthly fee, but not the return fee. We declined.
I called them, and they confirmed it was a system issue, assuring me it would be resolved, and I’d receive an email confirmation. No email arrived, and there’s been no update on whether the return is booked. Despite asking for clarification, I still haven't received any invoices to explain the supposed outstanding balance. I'm hoping they resolve this tomorrow.
Update: they resolved the billing issue and booked the return appointment. I'm giving back a start for that.

The 2 gentlemen that came to move my belongings today were punctual, efficient and very respectful. The collection service is so much more easier particularly for a woman on her own. They came and collected everything, loaded it and I never had to accompany them which made life so much easier for me today in comparison to having to book removals and storage separately before. Both services of removal and storage make this a brilliant option and I will stick with this company for any future moves/storage and advise others to do the same if you want your life made easier.

EasyStorage Essex has offered me incredible services for the past two years now! In particular, Pineapple (Dan), Steve, Clayton & Ed have been angels. In addition to being very efficient and easy to deal with (and talk to), they are always so helpful, considerate and kind when dealing with my storage. For instance, I have a keyboard which they always bring a blanket to cover over, so that it does not collect dust over three months in the storage container! They are also just lovely people in general and I've thoroughly enjoyed my storage service with these guys. If I need to store things for a third year in a row, I will definitely be using EasyStorage Essex again!!!

It was easy to book the service to collect the furniture and we were guided to the size of pod we should have. Steven and his team arrived when they said they would, laid cloths on the floor and over the door threshold to ensure no furniture was scuffed or damaged. They also explained to my dad all the furniture was already in the pod on the lorry and the pod was locked and would not be opened until it was returned, this gave my dad peace of mind.

Barry, Darren and Justin helped us with our furniture going into storage following flooding at our flat. They were superb from start to finish, doing the job in high spirits, making us laugh and giving us helpful advice. Great service. very easy to deal with. You can book online or talk to an advisor. They managed to find a spot for me at the last moment. Richard and Steve who handle the removals are brilliant. They moved the furniture very efficiently, packed and unpacked the containers very quickly and put the furniture where I have asked. I have booked the delivery on the site, it was very easy. The containers arrived on time and all my belongings were in the excellent condition after 4 months in the storage. Excellent service. Thank you
