I had a problem with another storage. With less than 24hrs Mohammed tried his very best and effort to sort everything for me and being the kindest a understanding person when I was really stressful. He helped me a lot trying really hard and and finally he found me the best solution. So thank so much I am more than happy and greatfull.

Had my furniture collected today and was a great experience. I received a call half hour before they arrived and they moved everything very quickly. The team was amazing and made the removal experience (which can often be a nightmare) smooth and painless. Right from the booking process Rahim was so helpful, he went over and beyond to provide me with the options that I did not even know were possible with my complicated requirements.
The removal team were excellent, from Bradley playing Tetris with my boxes in order to make everything fit the unit to Ion and Chris who put in 110% effort to make sure it was all done efficiently. Great teamwork, thanks guys!

Team arrived earlier than expected, but to be fair they did send a text to say so, which I missed as I was busy packing. Anyway team of 3 were v polite and managed to pack approx 23 medium boxes, an armchair and 2 dining chairs into the pod within 15 or so minutes, and I just managed to finish the last box. So everything sealed in the pod and on its way to sit on a shelf for the next month. Cannot fault the booking for collection and emails explaining what you can and cannot pack etc etc. Will deffo use again, providing the return of them pod is just as good. 5 stars so far.
