Booking and collection of our easyStorage pod was super easy and the easyStorage team were helpful at every step of the way! Our collection of our 2 persons-worth of stuff took less than half and hour and the team (Godfrey and Jerry) were really helpful, efficient and friendly. I booked with Zoheb who was also very informative and offered competitive rates. I really recommend using this service.

I need temporary storage for contents of two houses. Through John's help I have arranged removal of furniture from both houses into 2 pods at Easy Storage. From the outset John was welcoming, professional and gone out of his way to give me an excellent service.
On one occasion, after arranging for his men to come and empty one of the flats; due to my mistake, I didn't have house keys handy to give the removal men access at the agreed time. After explaining what had happened John was understanding, he allowed time for me to find the keys and rearranged to have his removal men come back and pick up my stuff at a later time same day.
On different occasions I have had to go into the storage pods to pick out different bits of the furniture to move to other properties. This requires him to bring out the pods and make them accessible. On each occasion John has been accomodating and helpful, even when my removal guy was running late, John went out of his way to allow him access. John's communication is professional and prompt. I cant thank him enough.

Honestly, Lawrence and Dan were absolutely amazing from meeting them the first time to collect my belongings they were so lovely, funny and supper efficient when doing their job, I couldn't believe how fast they packed up my things very organized and the conversation was great they made me feel so comfortable. The return was just as awesome GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!! Customer service was A1 you can tell that they genuinely get on and like each other I would use Easystorage again if I can get them both back because they are incredible God bless them both and Thank you, Lawrence and Dan 🙂

Generally very satisfied. They arrived a bit later than specified for pick up and decided we needed another "pod". The return delivery was timely and efficient. No damage to any goods.Cheerful staff.
Did'nt like extra time charged and deducted from my bank before I was even invoiced. Overall would be a better deal if you required longer term storage rather than the few days we needed.

I fell in love with a HUGE and very heavy antique countertop on gumtree (almost 3m long) but wasn’t moving into my house until 3 weeks so decided to look for a company who could both pick up the item and store it for me. Easy storage were the cheapest I found. They picked up the item from the seller and delivered it seamlessly to the storage unit. I was worried about the dimensions so booked a visit to go and measure it myself however John gave me a ring to confirm the visit and when I explained why I was coming, he said it would be no bother to measure the item over the phone and save me a trip - brilliant! I ran into a bit of an issue when trying to book for the counter top to be delivered to my new house (this was using the head office phone number). I contacted John directly who went over and above; he sorted out the issue and put me onto Charlene in the Glasgow office who booked the return in for me easily. Just got the counter top delivered back by two very friendly (and strong!) guys and am so pleased with the service. Apart from the slight hiccup when contacting head office, I would 100% use the service again and make sure I am always in contact with the Glasgow office. Thanks again all!

Davie and his team moved my daughter from a flat in Glasgow to a house in Erskine on Friday 29th July and were absolutely amazing! When she got the keys, the house was still full of furniture from the previous owner and Davie and team took it all in their stride and moved it all and with a smile! They didn’t need to do that but did and completely took the stress out of the situation for my daughter who is 6 months pregnant. I used this company myself last year, as did my other daughter and I also have recommended to friends as you just can’t get a better service from anyone else. Can’t praise them highly enough, just superb! Well done guys, you are all stars!
