Great efficient service! Lenny, Samson and Darnell were awesome, really friendly and super helpful. Overall a great service. I called on Tuesday and had collection arranged for first thing on Thursday morning. They called me in the morning to let me know what time to expect them and loaded everything quickly. Thanks!

So impressed with this service from start to finish!! I received a promotional card through my door and decided to get a price. From the first moment I spoke to Alex, I knew he was attentive to detail, professional and a really nice chap! I then had the privilege to speak to Emma who was also just lovely!!
Alex and Emma were amazing, doing everything possible to help me and make things so easy. I couldn’t believe how helpful they were, and so friendly. The whole process was clearly explained and I was completely reassured throughout.
On the day, I was unable to attend but Alex kept me fully informed, FaceTiming me to check any queries, and keeping me updated with progress. He sent me photos to help with the process and finally I saw all of my things packed tightly into my pods!! I cannot believe how straightforward, and slick this whole process was!! As well as this, I received calls and emails from the company to confirm all the information and to make sure everything was clear to me. In a world full of so many complexities, to have a service so thorough, professional, considerate, conscientious and friendly, is so rare and I can’t thank Alex, Emma and the team enough!!!

I booked the pick up to arrive between 9 and 10 am , at the latest , as we were leaving for gatwick airport for a flight. I checked with the company , a number of times , prior to the pick up date , to ensure that they would arrive at the agreed time. I told them on each contact that I would be leaving for a flight and I was assured they would arrive as agreed. They did not arrive until close to 11 am. Which put us under huge pressure time wise. They were lovely pleasant guys who informed me that no one in the company had told them of the agreed time or why it was important. The guys were excellent efficient and pleasant. But there was obviously a breakdown in communication that should nt have happened.

Can't think of a better company to deal with. Service is second to none and I was really made to feel that I was valued. All my queries and questions were addressed promptly and personally (as oppose to speaking to robots) and my property was very well looked after.

We had David, Steve and Del return our stored items today. These guys were amazing, incredibly helpful efficient and friendly. The guys lifted all.items in to rooms requested, all items returned in immaculate condition. Experts, I would strongly recommend them. The whole team were amazing Tracey, Ryan and Pete lead by Gaven. Tracy she amazes me very strong young lady and so kind. Same for Ryan super polite, Pete smiles alot but don't say much. Gaven is a brilliant team leader and got the job done.
I gave 4 stars only because of my expectations that I would have gotten all my stuff in the pods. Maybe because of me not understanding the dimensions so had to prioritise what was taken in the end which will cost me to replace. Hopefully they will now be safely stored until their return. Overall brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Jack and Ashley came today to pack up our ground floor as we are having an extension. They were very helpful and friendly and packed the pods efficiently so we only used two out of the three.

The two gentlemen I think their names were Jason and Ashley ? that turned up to my address today Flat 2, 1 Warrior gardens were very helpful and took a lot of care with all my belongings taking time. And we’re very friendly and chatty this made my experience so much easier and stress free. Would highly recommend !!😊
