This review is based on my experience so far, which is that of booking the storage and of the day that they’ve moved my items into storage. For the removal stay, I would happily give easy storage a full five stars, but I found the website a little confusing and for this reason I have removed 1 star. The removals team were very polite, helpful, and respectful of my items at my property. They arrived in good time and completed the job very efficiently.

Gary and his two men were fantastic - very friendly, courteous, efficient - and stacked my stuff safely and well. They also had to lift some very heavy furniture which they did with good grace. Highly recommended!

Paul and Alex did a great job with our boxes. Paid particular attention to the ones we had marked 'fragile'. Took almost no time at all, they loaded our stuff up amazingly quickly. Perfectly on time, very communicative, great price.

Very easy to arrange the collection and storage. It all went smoothly on the day and Darnell, Alfie and Len were very helpful and were careful with the furniture. Very happy with the collection service provided.

David, Samson and Trevor arrived exactly when they said they would. They were efficient, cheerful and especially skilled at fitting all my things into the van - I didn’t think it would all fit. The whole process was over a lot quicker than I thought too. If these three turn up when you’re moving your stuff, you’re in luck. Six stars : )

from the start we were put at ease, everything was explained easily and thoroughly. communication was great before,during and after. When TOM the mover got involved, he agreed a flexible time to collect and was very professional and courteous. Tom was also adaptive to our likes and needs and the whole move was over quicker then expected.
