The guys that came this morning were efficient, friendly and delivered fantastic customer service. They gave me a courtesy call about half an hour before they arrived which was massively appreciated. I was worried that all of my stuff wouldn't fit in the storage unit but honestly there was so much room in there.

Thank you so much to Marcia, Gavin and Ryan for an absolutely excellent service. Turned up on time, lovely, friendly people. Got straight on with the job, Packing, taking down funiture, wrapping all my funitre by taking very extra care with everything. I have 32 to stairs and they made it look easy carrying heavy funiture I would highly recommend them and and would definitely be using them in the furniture

I contacted easystorage for a quote on behalf of my sister and had lots of questions and they were so helpful and friendly. I then received a phone call from the manager (Graham) of the Liverpool depot and he was brilliant couldn’t do enough for me and he had everything arranged within 24 hours. They arrived on time and were so friendly polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Packed it all away and took it to storage. I would not hesitate to use them again and will certainly recommend them to family and friends. They turned a very stressful time into an easy task. Thank you so much

Really good comms all the way through the process. I booked online, received a follow up call to confirm the pickup and storage details, and then a call from the driver on the day. Tim and Dan arrived did s great job, very fast and they were particularly careful to ensure no damage was done during the process. All very professional and I would highly recommend EasyStorage.
