We found their service very professional and always prompt with a response to any questions we had to reassure us whilst initially checking them out. They managed to find a tenant for our property extremely quickly which was very impressive. They are excellent communicators always kept us in the loop, which is great as a Landlord, knowing someone is on hand to problem solve if necessary. We were very happy that we used their services. Lovely estate agents, a pleasure to deal with. Customer service was excellent, house is lovely, fees are entirely reasonable and no different to any other estate agent I have ever dealt with. They even gave me a card when I moved in. Ignore the negative reviews, they are a very friendly locally-run business who are wonderful to deal with.

David & Jan at KPM have given us over 6 years of amazing service. Everything has been handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy and most importantly to us (as we are absent landlords) they are very proactive, always advising of any issuesin a timely manner but already having researched possible solutions - we could not have maintained a letting from this distance without them and I would not hesitate in recommending them to both tenants and landlords alike.

Last year we were deciding whether to rent our property whilst we were seeking a larger home for our growing family.
