Wonderful Estate Agent. I have moved house many times in the last few years and this is by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Excellent customer service and very quick to put everything through. The people are lovely, Jan and David are very friendly and wonderful, and I even got a welcome pack when I moved in. The house is excellent, clean and spacious. Cannot recommend enough.

I was very impressed by Knight Property Management when renting a room in one of their properties earlier this year. David and Jan provided a friendly, flexible and efficient service, with many steps made easier through their use of digital contracts. They were also understanding when I requested to end my tenancy early, and assisted me in finding a replacement, as well as providing advice and guidance often outside of normal office hours. The whole process from initial application to the return of my deposit was extremely smooth, and I would recommend Knight Property Management to any prospective tenant.

Knight Property Management are taking all our worries away! Since we moved to New Zealand Jan, David and the team at KPM have been managing our house. We are glad we shopped around a bit before deciding who we would select to manage our property.
