As well as being friendly and approachable, Jan and David are very thorough, extremely knowledgeable about their business and have extremely fast response time (usually respond to queries within less than an hour). They are good listeners and deliver the service their customers ask for. They take the hard work out of renting a property.

Jan and David are very knowledgeable. They go beyond their job description and are willing to extend generous help to their customers. Graham Knight gave us invaluable advice on a property we were renting abroad. The advice was given at no charge and they were clearly making no gain from this.
