Had most amazing time here. My toddler loved the dinosaurs! This trip was for my boyfriend a birthday treat to feed the lions. It was amazing. Its smaller than some zoos but there is something about this place that makes it special. And to top it off it also has a speedway museum...massive speedway fans!
Will be back here again to feed the red pandas!

We got my dad a feed the wolf's experience and he loved it. The place is clean tidy and the staff come across very dedicated to the job. The big cats are fantastic, when the big lion decided to let us all know he was awake you could hear him from the whole park. If you have children from 5 up they will love it and so will you, you can get round the park in about 2-3 hours the food is great we got a breakfast bap. It's a good day out and they are still improving the park and introducing more animals.

First time visit and have to say it was amazing! I took the family along and we all had a great time. I'm a big kid myself and I loved it.

We visited the Dinasour part first, think its called Jurassic Adventure or something along those lines. My two boys absolutely loved it. Have to day that was my favourite part too!

They also have the farm place which is good and then the birds area. I was fascinated seeing all the rare birds. Then we went to see the Tigers, which was fun!

There are seating areas all over to you can take a short break from all the excitement.

They also have an dining area, which is quite large, where you can sit together and have your lunch. Food selections are good.

Then after lunch the kids went to the playground where they have this massive slide. That seems to be all the kids favourite. I wanted to have a try too but had to act as an adult.

In the end we got on the train ride which took as all around the Dinasour part, which was a nice way to end the day.

If you haven't been, you must go! You won't be disappointed and oh the kids will love it too!

We visited here in early June for the feed the red panda experience for our 9 year old granddaughter.
Covid restrictions in place but everyone very relaxed and friendly so we felt involved with the experience while still feeling safe.
Rob the handler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The two red pandas are obviously happy and well cared for as are all the animals. We were shown the food preparation areas for each animal. Big cats done separately to avoid contamination. Very impressed with the care taken. The rest of the zoo was great and the other activities , though not for us were evidently hugely popular. I can thoroughly recommend.

Our scout group took 24 kids between 6-8 years old, quite busy but never crowded. Lots for them to do, plenty of animals to keep them occupied and lots of interesting factoids. Play areas were clean and.good fun. Roll on end of covid when all the attractions are available.

This is a hidden gem and somewhere I haven't heard people mention. Not sure why! Fantastic day out with animals I didn't expect like (white lions). It was better than Colchester zoo. They had moving dinosaurs, a train ride and plenty of play equipment for the children. Will be back!

Great for young kids. Not the biggest or most interesting zoo in the world the play area, sandpit and most of all the dinosaurs make it a very exciting day out for little ones!
