We brought our sons here age 1 and 4 mainly for the dinasour part of it. My 5 year is obsessed and thrilled with the moving Indoraptor and T-rex. It was busy but that was to expected on a bank holiday weekend. We would recommend the raptor meet and greet as this made my sons dreams come true. There are other paidable ride which you would find at the seaside arcades. The train ride which is £2 per person is okay and enjoyable when your 5 but not so much for the adults. The aminals look well looked after and the tiger enclosure is built in a way you can see perfectly. The giftshop as always can be a little pricy. The food was a very good standard compared to other establishment of a similar nature. You do have to wait for your food as they make to order but this ment we have fresh crispy fries. For the cost of £67 to get in it was worth a visit. And we will be back in the near future

Incredible experience, was a bit nervous because it was pricey but it absolutely was worth saving for and really great value.Such a lovely park, well presented enclosures, and the zookeepers were superb and added to the experience in that they really love their animals and are excited to show off their best sides as well as having loads of information on background and character. I would recommending to everyone, if nothing else at least the money goes to great causes (both the zoo and affiliated charities). My partner and I are so grateful for a fantastic day, thanks PWP!

Had a lovely day at paradise, not an overwhelming big zoo, but perfect for a day out.
Great play area.
The animals looked well kept and the grounds also look well maintained.
They also have a dinosaur themed area.

Great place to visit with children.
For young children soft play and older children plenty other play areas Beautiful lions tigers camels and zebras were the highlight for our 3 yr old
Things we didn’t like , paying £2 pp for very short train ride , also those £1 children’s car you find out supermarkets. Map or brochure for the park 50p.
On the plus side plenty of parking spaces and food drinks and ice cream were reasonably priced.
Overall good day out.

We visited for one of the summer evening openings and it was a fantastic experience. It was brilliant to see the animals later in the day, especially as some animals such as the lions and red pandas were very active. There were lots of food options. The company selling the waffles were friendly, and the waffles were delicious. There were long queues to get in as everyone was arrving at the same time but the queue went very quickly. The only complaint was that some people weren't queuing and were being allowed in the side entrance. Staff were asked why this was but no one seemed to know,

We visited this park during the school holidays with my niece and nephew, and a friend with her child.
Upon arrival the signage for car parking was very clear, with staff ushering you into the correct car park as there is an overflow car park on the opposite side of the road to the actual park.
There is a toilet block accessible from the disabled parking area by the entrance to the park.
We had pre booked our tickets online and showed our confirmation on arrival.
They offer you a child’s activity booklet for 50p which we purchased, inside there is a map of the whole park and where the amenities are.
The dinosaur section was great which lots of photo opportunities, nearby to this is a playground area which keeps the kids entertained.
There is a main stage where scheduled shows are put on which were interactive. On the day we were there, there was a signer also on stage for children. I don’t know if this was provided by the park, or if she was employed by a family/group for the day but I was very impressed to see this.
Bathrooms are clean and well signposted.
We brought a picnic but did order some hot food and ice creams.
Food is reasonably priced for a theme park, but the wait for food is far too long. I had three people in front of me yet queued for over 20 minutes. The young lady serving was working very hard, her name was molly. She was very professional and polite and apologised for the wait, but there were plenty of staff in the kitchen behind her and visually around the restaurant so I am unsure why she was running the front counter totally on her own.
The wildlife animals were loved by the children and a few areas had viewing platforms above the enclosures. These were all accessible by ramp not stairs, so accessible for wheelchairs/scooters/prams etc
We spent about 6 hours here and would definitely re-visit.

Visited with my newborn and 4 year old . Dino park was fab , loved how they moved, actually had my little one thinking they were real . Other than that I was a bit disappointed. Within 10 mins of entering the park we had come across 4 rides which had to be paid for to use And when I say rides I mean the type of thing you come across outside a supermarket and try to avoid cause you know your child will want to go on it . The adventure playground was good and my child really enjoyed it especially the pirate water shooter ( also payable!!!) but from my perspective this is just a playground that I can get much closer to home . There was another playground with a massive slide which little one loved .The Animals were great and could get really close which was good but being 4 he did get bored quickly .The new slash park looked great, lots of deck chairs around but we couldn’t sit anywhere as it was so busy. I think this area needs to be on a bookable slot basis as there were too many people for it to be enjoyable . There was an area at the back which didn’t seem to be in use which really needs some more seating . Major problem was there was no where to get changed !! I got my child undressed and dressed again out in the open and my husband had to find the nearest toilets to change this was a real let down . We had a packed lunch and there was plenty of picnic tables to sit at in different areas . Better signage I feel is required as I struggled to find toilets and with 2 small children in tow it was stressful . Overall a good day but we did leave earlier than planned as we had gone round everything . If I didn’t have to pay for the little rides and the train ride I would say the tickets would be good value but that let it down . We wouldn’t be making another visit .

A great place for a day out. The animals all looked well cared for and happy, it’s possible to get up very close to lots of the animals which offers a great opportunity to witness the beauty of them. The park is very well laid out and there is building work going on with the introduction of new animals in the future. There are plenty of play areas for little children should you wish to tire them out. The restaurant was busy but the food was worth the wait.

Great wildlife park for the family. We had a fantastic day out at the wildlife Park. There were some amazing animals there, One thing we noticed was that we could get up much closer to the large cats than we have at other zoos and wildlife parks.

The enclosures which are being re-designed now and over the next few years were very well thought out in terms of viewpoints and where you would see the animals.

There was a great reptile house too.

The snake enclosure was a highlight to us as we saw the largest anaconda in the country. The food court served surprisingly good burgers and chips which we all enjoyed.

It also has an excellent and rather unique dinosaur attraction with lots of very realistic dinosaur animatronics which really impressed us and our five year old.

One great thing about the park is it is genuinely conserved about animal welfare and conservation and has a huge part in trying to preserve species around the world which are possibly going to be extinct and it was clear how passionate the owners are about this side of their work. We would highly recommend it!

We went last night to the summer evening event the park are hosting throughout August. The event starts at 630 and is a brilliant way to see the animals. We've been here before but never seen the animals as active as they were last night, even the sloths were moving. The lions were walking around, the Tapirs were bathing and the camels were running around the pen. Lots of entertainment laid on, pimms tents and musicians. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere just felt so happy and relaxed. (loved the staffs dancing line at the end). We personally loved the silver van selling food they've brought in locatated near the camels. The hollumi fries, curry's and Eaton mess were honestly amazing. We were a group of 4 adults and all said what a lovely way to spend a Friday night.

Lovely day out for the whole family!
All animals looked well kept and the enclosures were clean and seemed quite new.
Areas for children to explore and play were great although didn’t get to visit them all as we went on a showery summers day.
Would definitely recommend!
However would suggest bringing a picnic / food for the kids. Food outlet was very long wait and variety wasn’t the best.
Great if you have a dinosaur loving child (or adult 😆) world of dinosaurs was good with moving dinos.
I would happily visit again!

I visited Paradise today with my family including two young daughters. First thing to say is how fantastic the animals are, and we were blown away by the Lions, Tigers and Snow Leopards in particular. If you enjoy zoos then you will love Paradise.

However, my only but major gripe was the catering. I and a lot of others queued for well over an hour for lunch (nothing fancy, just burgers and fries) which was just unacceptable. To highlight the problem further I then queued later the same afternoon, at a different location, for 20 minutes to get a couple of ice creams - only 10 or so people in front but just took a very long time for staff to take, process and serve orders.

My suggestion would be for Paradise to look at their processes when it comes to food as it really let the day down.

So in summary, Paradise is a fantastic place to see animals but they seriously need to sort out the catering.

summer evening experience. great family evening, kids loved every minute and the park is well kept and animals are fantastic.

what severely let the whole thing down was the lack of catering outlets, just 2 places to grab something to eat, not the advertised street food…the safari diner was pitiful, queue out the door, we joined the burger wagon queue at 8pm and finally got our food at 9.20, 2 of the serving staff worked hard to get through the queue but one stood staring into space and had to be asked to keep up, then appx 9.15 a manager/ supervisor approached and told the staff to shut down and stop cooking, her attitude to them in front of the public was appalling, she informed us the park was closing and we should leave. i informed her i had ordered and paid £64 for my food and had received part of my order and i wanted the rest, people still in queue were turned away.
sadly my advice for future evenings is ear before you go or take your own.
lads you have got this one wrong sorry

Third time we've been unfortunately seems less to see every time. The dinosaur's are really well made and quite realistic but not really what we go for...the clues in the name "wildlife park" the first time we went there was an abundance of big cats with the treetop cafe it was amazing the second time they had started working on the big cat area around 4 years ago and we went assuming that would have been finished by now...it isn't.
A lot of the older animal habitats looking quite tired aswell.Thought they could have used lockdown to make some improvements.
Won't be going back until they get the big cats back properly.

The dinosaur models and accompanying walking route (thankfully a shady one) are quite good, and the variety of animals is enough for a nice afternoon out.

Too many people, and it has an unloved feeling as some areas need attention to bring the place up to scratch. A map per family would also help as hard to know where to go half the time. Long queues for ice-cream too. The enclosures also need improving in my opinion. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
