Took my 6 year old daughter out for the day to explore the zoo and have some fun. There are many children’s play areas set up , a indoor play area and a beautiful little lagoon style pool outside.

We come here often and always enjoy the day here it’s brilliant and the dinosaur area is amazing

We visited this place for the 3rd time in 3 years. Kids still love it. Dinosaur walk was good fun with educational facts written next to each one. Great place to take photos. Zoo was also amazing, everything close by so don’t need to walk a lot to get from one place to another. Good variety of animals and managed to see most with good views. Dinosaur meet and greet, jungle dance shows, and the children’s soft play area were a great addition. They even have a dedicated multi faith prayer room which was very convenient.

Would give 4.5 stars if there was an option. Reason for not giving 5 is we didn't see a fair few of the animals and it was lacking enough baby change facilities. We also couldn't access the wolf wood as the disabled access was closed (no staff member to unlock this)

We took our own lunch and enjoyed in a nice picnic area. Had ice cream which was lovely!

The dinosaur area we were particularly impressed with! Much better than the dinosaur features at other wildlife parks we've been to.

Overall it's great for younger children (under 10), there's several play areas, mini golf and a kids 'beach' section. Would go again if in the area 😊

What a fantastic zoo - possibly one of the best I've ever been to!

Home of the CBBC Show "One Zoo Three", there is lots to see and do there - and it's great to see the animals they talk about on the show. Also Blue Peter Badge holders get in free!

The zoo is split into 2 areas - the main zoo and the dinosaur/play areas.

Firstly, the zoo area has lots of great animals to see with big enclosures and great viewing areas for each one from different angles, with some having raised platforms to view from above.

There is also a fantastic bird flying arena, where they showcase a few of the birds they have.

Keepers are really friendly and approachable too, with great knowledge on the animals and happy to answer any questions.

The dinosaur part has a great walkthrough area with lots of dinosaurs to see, including interesting information plaques about each one. What was good and I've not seen before, is the Inclusion of the 'hybrid dinos' included in the jurassic world films.
It also had a fun little train ride and lots of good playgrounds to keep the kids entertained.

The overall ambience of the zoo is just fantastic - so neat, well thought out and just pretty in places. Quite a few places to take a picnic too and just enjoy the surroundings.

Overall, a fantastic full day out and would recommend a visit here in a heartbeat.

A GREAT PLACE! Oh yes I like 'n' rate this Paradise Wildlife Park.

Playground: It was fun, fun, fun. The faces on the kids there said it all.

Restrooms: Hygiene of the Highest Standard!

Visited Paradise Wildlife Park with my family on the Saturday over Easter. We arrived for 11am and were surprised that there was no queue for the car park. The check in was quick and efficient and we probably queued for no more than 10 minutes to gain access to the park.

Such a great day and the viewing platforms have been really cleverly designed so you can get really close to the animals. Fantastic selection of animals, including my personal favourite, the sun bear! And very educational for the children. Could easily spend the entire day there and plenty of places to stop and eat/picnic etc.

The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars, is because there was quite a lot of plastic foliage both around the park and in some of the amphibian enclosures, which seemed at odds with the conservation element in terms of sustainability. That's the only disappointing thing on an otherwise fantastic day out, so would definitely recommend it as a fun day out for all the family.

We go to a lot of zoos
Found it a bit pricy tickets epically the yearly ticket and staff not very friendly other than the dinosaur fossil bloke. He was great.
This one is good for a one time visit, it's very smart and the dinosaurs are really cool. But otherwise it's just ok. Great viewing areas for most animals although a bit imposing on them epically the red panda, did not like how their enclosure was. No privacy from humans. I found most the big animals did not have much space compared to other zoos. I think they focus on having the wow factor animals more than building bigger enclosures.

Went for a school trip . Kids loved it ❤️

Let me start with it's more like a attraction park than a zoo. Only 1 baby changing toilet by food area!

Loads play / picnic areas. Not many animals at all. Zoo animal cages / space they have is tiny.
Hence why put its more of a play park than a zoo.

When we went it was well well over booked. Car park rammed plus small parking spaces they need to be another couple foot longer & another half the width wider. All family's coming so spaces should be same size as child bay carp parking spaces which you get in shopping centres. Allow access for car chairs & buggys. Your parked door to door at the moment.

They should get rid of more of the play areas to allow for more zoo animals.

An amazing place to take the kids!! The World of Dinosaurs was awesome, my children would have loved this when they were younger, even as adults it transports you back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is compact, so it’s easily accessible to view all of the animals without tiring. We have never been so close to so many big cats!! The range of different animals to see and activities for the children to do is exactly what makes this such a wonderful family day out. It’s great value for money and supports conservation projects. We will be revisiting with younger members of our family.

Only gave 5 stars as 10 not available. This is a beautifully kept wildlife park , as a man on the fence about zoo's, and whether or not they should still be with us , this place shows the best of animals well cared for . I've visited here several times with my daughter and grandchildren and today with my partner , we had a really lovely time . As an added note , if you're into motorcycles, don't miss the tiny speedway bike museum, blink and you'd miss it , the gentleman there who came down from Scotland to race ( hence his vast knowledge and interest of bikes ) and ended up living in this part of the country, loves to chat bikes , what a gentleman . 5 no 10/10 .
