Had an amazing day with my son. Loads to see and do. Food reasonably priced and very tasty. Gift shops cater for everyone's pocket.

Came on 24th may with my Toddler and was so impressed with how clean and fresh the whole park was looking, the outside pool area was brillant and all the staff was friendly too in the saferi diner they even Added something extra onto our food, great day out so well done to all your team there

It was nice, the animals were great. Some of the areas have been developed really well and I loved the tiger viewing area that was really well thought out. Some areas are a bit run down and could do with updating for example where the wolves were didn't look so great. There wasn't enough info about the animals which would have been better. I would say it's best suited to younger families as not so much for older children other than the animals. Didn't like the fact you had to pay for the train I mean I'd already spent £75 getting 3 of us in and bought food.

Even though it rained the whole day it was a really fun experience. The park is well laid out and has a great range of animals to see. Lots of things to do and see for people of all ages, and the dinosaur section was a winner with our daughter (3). The food at the main canteen is also good and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be back again.
