Recently visited. The hotel rooms are more than adequate and comfortable, not modern but clean and tidy with everything you need. The dinner was a let down, I've always experienced tasty food in hotels but this was extremely basic for the price. One starter was just 3 mini sausages (10cm) on a plate no dressing, garnish nothing and they wanted over £6 for it. The main wasn't much to follow by and very tasteless.
Breakfast on the other hand was lovely, served by great staff and tasty if you like a fry up.
The pool was overcrowded so we didn't get to use the facilities. Had to sit a watch other people swim from the loungers with the 1 hour slot they give you as only a certain amount of people in the pool and 2 in the jacuzzi. Very let down by this. Why over book the area.

I stayed whilst attending a three day training course held at the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff, room was clean, well equipped and comfortable and overall a good experience.

The suite was not worth £175 per night. No fresh fruit in room or toiletry gift set as promised on website and the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. All very disappointing.

Tired hotel but very clean. Staffing levels too low - hard to find anyone or get answer if telephone reception. Good evening meal, well cooked, tasty and quick. Beds, showers and towels good. Breakfast - oh dear, poor service, poor food quality, not a nice experience

It's just starting sto show its age and the location isn't the best. On the other hand the staff are excellent, the food is delicious and the gardens are wonderful. Couldn't try the pool or the spa due to covid, etc. But it certainly looked nice!

Maybe because it's just after the C-19 and everything is shut, there was no pool access or Spa so it was kinda just ok. Clean rooms, though. I stayed 2 nights and the room was not turned down, teas, coffees etc were not replenished, so I am not sure if I had to specifically ask for that. Like I said though, rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the grounds are beautiful. It's close to Wicksteed Park and a mini shopping area so it was ok in the end.

Easy booking, nice big carpark, easy access into the hotel. Once in friendly and professional staff who were happy to help. Lovely food during evening dinner and extensive wine menu. Really good cherry ice cream!
Would return again to try out the spa and recommend to friends.

This was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend anyone to stay here! The pool and spa facilities were very very clean and all staff were so friendly. We enjoyed a meal in the bar and then played games in front of the fire with drinks... Was such a lovely hotel and would love to come back!
The room was modern and a high standard and I was particularly impressed with the room facilities including a coffee machine and fridge at no extra cost.

We had a fantastic stay at Kettering Park. What really made it great were the fabulous staff. From the moment of booking with Lisa on reception to the time we checked out it was excellent. It was a special anniversary weekend for us and everyone at the hotel ensured we had the best time. Apart from Lisa, we must also give a special mention to Marco in the restaurant, who along with Neve and Nikita gave us great service. Marco was incredibly attentive, giving us really tasty recommendations to eat and drink. We never thought about Chicken pie being on a fine dining menu, but this chicken pie was the best we ever tasted!! Thank you Chef and thank you for the recommendation Marco. Thanks also to Duty Manager Claire and to Georgia in the Spa who were lovely. The flowers, champagne and chocolates were hugely appreciated and incredibly thoughtful.
Thank you all🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Got married here. They took care of just about everything and were fantastic throughout. Rooms are a fairly straightforward setup, but with flair and care applied to them where it counts. The gym/spa is lovely, and there's a wonderful aesthetic to the place, evident from the wood paneling and main staircase.

Visited for a family birthday party and stayed overnight. Modern hotel with a traditional decor. Great party and the hotel arranged for us all to have breakfast together in a separate room despite them being very busy. Food for the party was very good and breakfast was excellent with good choices. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and a pillow menu. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very easy to find and well signposted. We were greeted by friendly staff and within minutes, we were inside our room relaxing. The hotel is taking part in reducing plastic usage and they have a milk fridge and water dispensers on each level for guests to refill with their mug or milk glass.
We stayed in their signature family room and they have prepared the sofa beds for the children to use. The room is very spacious and modern.
We then went for dinner at their restaurant and we had one of our best meals of the year so far. There was a Chef selection bar, which you can choose for your starter or main. Now I wish I had taken photos to show you what I mean, but we were starving and dived straight in, and forgot about it until too late! During our meal, there were prawns, crayfish, salad, fish and many more.
For the children’s starters, we had soup of the day and garlic bread, followed up with spaghetti bolognese, whilst I had the pork belly and husband had the sirloin steak. They were delicious and we would definitely have them again.

Very comfortable rooms, good food and excellent staff, including in the Spa. The bar is a bit lacking in atmosphere and comfort.
