Beautiful cathedral. Beautiful architecture. There was some work being carried out inside so some areas were work was being carried out wasn't fully accessible. What I did see was worth the visit. Wasn't the biggest cathedral I have visited so didn't take long to look around the cathedral. The entrance was free, however, if you want to donate any money there is a box to put money if you wish to donate. Staff were friendly.

A stunning sample of medieval architecture that is as welcoming as it is large. Admission is free and donations are encouraged at the front desk when they issue passes. The guides do a great job of rhapsodizing over the rich history surrounding the building and its various historical figures.
Car parking is close and a ticket will cost you £2 for two hours. The nearest public loos are attached to the neighbouring cafe.

Went there to watch the snowman show in Dec and not for praying as I’m Buddhist. I think they have Sunday church but they welcome visitors to visit.

This was my first visit to Litchfield and the Cathedral is well worth a visit. We began by
having lunch at the Cathedral Cafe, the food was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We then moved on to the Cathedral which even from the the outside it was a splendor to behold with its 3 spiers, and wonderful architecture. The inside was even more amazing and lots to see and do, we even got to hear the choir practice which was amazing and I can't wait to go again and discover more. Even though it is a a very old Cathedral with lots of ancient artifacts, it is also a a very up to date way of presenting the Christian faith, and you felt encompassed and drawn into that faith as you moved around the building which made you feel that God was very much alive in that wonderful place. I hope to visit again soon.
