Restrooms: Very clean and well kept.

Dog-friendliness: As long as they're on a lead dogs are welcome and catered for.

Picnic area: I think all outdoor seating can be used for a picnic, again well kept and clean.

Took a care home and we went on the train as it was too big to walk around for them.
It was very informative and stopped at certain points throughout.
Well worth the visit and will return on my own for a more leisurely walk around the gardens

Wonderful place, so much to see, beautifully clean, dogs welcome, although not allowed on train and buggies. Restaurant was great, plenty to choose from and an area for dogs too, not pricy either. Free entry although they do ask for donations of any amount. Highly recommended.

Really great place to learn about the history and the sacrifices people took to be where we are today.

Stunning area with some amazing memorials, we cannot fault the staff in anyway. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The grounds cover a vast area, so big in fact that we didn’t have the energy to see everything. The shop has some great items and I could have bought one of everything if my wife would have let me. I would recommend this memorial to all ages but older people might need assistance.

What an amazing place. I've never visited it before but so well worth it, I thought it was just for the Services, i.e., Army, Navy, etc, but so wrong. A very relaxing place with a lot of history to tell you, we spent over 4 hrs walking around, could of easily spent 6 hrs. Easy to get to, plenty of parking and the site is very accessible. Restaurant & drink outlets were very good value. Another visit is needed to see the rest.

Our experience was of amazement at how big the place was.
We can now at last appreciate how many people gave their lives for us and be acknowledged since the first and second world wars.
Looking at all the names was very humbling.
It gave us time to reflect on life.

Playground: There is a play area for children.

Restrooms: There are restrooms in the restaurant/cafe area.

Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed in the grounds just not in the Armed forces memorial Arboretum and also the train that takes you around the whole place for a £8.00 an adult but not sure of the price for children.
Dogs are allowed in the restaurant.

Picnic area: There are areas for picnics around the grounds and benches for you to sit and reflect.

decent sized car park. was surprised to see lots of cars there. seems a lot of people come here. those were my thoughts when parking up. i mainly had those thoughts as i had thought this attraction was a small one. i thought i would be there no more than 25/30 minutes. we were there for over 2 hours and looking at the photos on here, we still missed things.

Of course this is a place to appreciate and to respect but it was still a nice walk. So many tributes, statues, gardens all clearly displaying who or what they are representing.

We never went on the land train but on another visit we will to listen to the information.

A return visit is definitely happening for us. The staff are friendly and willing to explain about the memorials. The entrance with the cafe and shop showed me it was a bigger deal than i had originally thought right from the start.

Well worth visiting and afterwards we popped into nearby Lichfield for another look at the amazing cathedral before dinner in the same town.

We had a great day out. Recommended attraction. You have two new supporters,
