Lovely serene setting. We went on Armed forces weekend and even with many visitors it still felt spacious and a place to reflect and remember. Land train ride gives you a good long ride with a commentary & staff were jolly & helpful. Well worth a visit. Good for organised bus trips.

A remarkable place to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Beautiful landscaping combined with the monumental architecture of The Wall, produces a peace and calm rare into today's world.

The food is lovely, the staff incredibly helpful and good place to visit for either a couple of hours or the whole day.

Thoroughly recommended.

Well organised, ample parking, helpful staff.
150 acres will take you a fair time to cover. All neatly done and very poignant memorials/sites.
An epicentre of excellence. Peace & tranquility. Space to think.
Break your visit up by stopping in the restaurant for a good meal. Toilets are spotless.

Thank you to all those involved with the NMA.

Everyone should visit this Memorial at least once in their life, you could spend all day here looking at the remeberance gardens and all the individual monuments representing the armed forces, there is a cafe here to buy lunch or snacks and refreshments also a gift shop, would highly recommend a visit to this lovely national Arboretum.

Lovely place to walk round, easy to find off the A38, very moving monuments, staff are very pleasant and helpful. Scooters available for the less able, nice food from the cafeteria although the best coffee is from the small cafe the other side of the square.

Huge venue. Many beautiful memorials. However they appear scattered in a random order. The Parachute Regiment memorial is fantastic!!

Such a uniquely haunting yet utterly peaceful and hopeful place. Makes you really take a step back and appreciate all the people who have sacrificed their lives so that we could all live in peace.

Return trip, shortly after the 40th anniversary of the Falklands war.

The place is as good as ever, easy access to parking good food options at reasonable prices and a fairly flat area to explore .

On a very hot day, it was a little hard going to find shade. But the Special Forces area is restful, respectful and informative.

A good couple of hours covering one area of the arboretum, we will go back in due course to see another section.

The new Police Service memorial is very good and somewhat overdue.

Beautifully kept arboretum with many memorials, landscaped areas and gardens. There's a canteen café with both indoor and outdoor area.

Entrance is free to the arboretum, but parking charges apply.

Definitely worth a visit
