The whole team looked after us during a very stressful move, which seemed to be never ending, eventually a summer move ended being a winter move. The team and especially Shelley managed to break down the lack of communication from our buyers solicitors and eventually resolve all the obstacles they put in front of us.
When Shelley was not available, I could always call Zoe, who was amazing during the sale of the property and Becki, who stood in for Shelley during the chasing games the buyers solicitors put in front of them.

From the first initial valuation of our property, the service we received from Adams and Jones was exceptional.
Throughout the whole process, the communication was outstanding with weekly updates going to almost daily updates during the last week.

Regular updates answered queries promptly, made contact even if they didn’t have anything to update on, so you knew they were always there and no question was a silly question.

Over the last 2 years I have dealt with Zoe, Becki and Shelley. All have gone above and beyond in every aspect. The whole process was very stressful our end with incompetent solicitors and complex financial input. It made for very difficult times but was dealt with incredibly professionally by all. The patience, extra work and time given by them all was incredible. Nothing short of miraculous. We couldn’t have done it without them. Becki, who dealt with most of it all, was an absolute soldier and a delight to deal with at all times. She really helped us to keep our heads when we were almost broken by complications caused by the team on our side. We couldn’t have got through this without her and we owe her EVERYTHING!
