Adams & Jones were a fantastic estate agent - all members of the team we spoke to were friendly and helpful. We had regular updates throughout the process and when problems arose they jumped on the case and I felt reassured they had a handle on the situation. Adam and Jones are an efficiently run estate agents, everyone knows their roles and supports each other. They were always polite and helpful and keep you fully informed through every step of your selling/ buying process. I always felt they were happy to answer any questions or queries and open and honest in the responses.

Everyone we dealt with at Adams & Jones was extremely helpful. They communicated well with us and kept us informed at every stage. They went above and beyond over a weekend when there was a lot of interest in the property we wanted and kept in touch, always calling when they said they would and communicating with the vendor on our behalf when needed throughout the duration of our purchase. Were we to move on in the future we would want them to act for us.

The communication and service received from Becky at Adam & Jones was beyond our expectations. Becky gave us full & in depth weekly updates on our purchase. She liaised with the other agents in the chain to keep things moving when required and nothing was too much trouble for her and the Adam & Jones team. A special mention for Zoe too who was also really helpful and responsive which proves that this professional, customer centric mindset must run through the whole team.
