Adam & Jones are a highly recommended local estate agent that I have used to both rent my property and more recently sell. The whole process was managed seamlessly from buyer, through both solicitors to me. It turned what is typically a living nightmare into relative breeze!
Communication is what their team is all about, you are never left in the lurch, if you ask a question you will always get a quick response. They also provide a regular update on progress with the buyer and their solicitor. They are good at pressing the right buttons!

Adams & Jones were a fantastic estate agent - all members of the team we spoke to were friendly and helpful. We had regular updates throughout the process and when problems arose they jumped on the case and I felt reassured they had a handle on the situation. Have recommended to friends and would definitely use them again (although we won't be moving again for a long time!!) :D

Adam and Jones are an efficiently run estate agents, everyone knows their roles and supports each other. They were always polite and helpful and keep you fully informed through every step of your selling/ buying process. I always felt they were happy to answer any questions or queries and open and honest in the responses.
I have used Adam and Jones on a few houses sales including for a bereavement property sale, and I can say with confidence i would definitely recommend and use again.

Everyone we dealt with at Adams & Jones was extremely helpful. They communicated well with us and kept us informed at every stage. They went above and beyond over a weekend when there was a lot of interest in the property we wanted and kept in touch, always calling when they said they would and communicating with the vendor on our behalf when needed throughout the duration of our purchase. Were we to move on in the future we would want them to act for us.

The communication and service received from Becky at Adam & Jones was beyond our expectations. Becky gave us full & in depth weekly updates on our purchase. She liaised with the other agents in the chain to keep things moving when required and nothing was too much trouble for her and the Adam & Jones team. A special mention for Zoe too who was also really helpful and responsive which proves that this professional, customer centric mindset must run through the whole team. This was the second time we had used Adams & Jones to sell a property - recommendation enough I think?!
The team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. It felt like they really worked on our behalf throughout the sales. The photos were brilliant and much better than the photoshopped ones other agents use. Response to phone calls and emails was always same day. No hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot recommend Adams and Jones stongly enought. We first put our house on the market in autumn 2021 with a different agent, and had a bad experience with them, taking the house off the market shortly afterwards. In spring this year, we readvertised with Adams and Jones and sold very quickly. We then had a long wait before moving, which was no fault of the Adams and Jones. All the way through this saga, our dealings with Adams and Jones were impeccable, and they kept us fully informed at each stage of the process, to us finally moving. An estate agent to be trusted and treasured.
