This was the second time we had used Adams & Jones to sell a property - recommendation enough I think?!
The team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. It felt like they really worked on our behalf throughout the sales. The photos were brilliant and much better than the photoshopped ones other agents use. Response to phone calls and emails was always same day. No hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot recommend Adams and Jones stongly enought. We first put our house on the market in autumn 2021 with a different agent, and had a bad experience with them, taking the house off the market shortly afterwards. In spring this year, we readvertised with Adams and Jones and sold very quickly. We then had a long wait before moving, which was no fault of the Adams and Jones. All the way through this saga, our dealings with Adams and Jones were impeccable, and they kept us fully informed at each stage of the process, to us finally moving. An estate agent to be trusted and treasured.

We sold our house through A&J this year, we ended up in a huge chain, which wasn't ideal, but Becki and the team kept pushing this along and were amazing at keeping us in the loop and ensuring we understood what was going on throughout the process as well as keeping on top of the chain and keeping it moving until completion. Thank you so much A&J! This is the second time we have used A&J for buying and selling and we recommend them to everyone, if you want an agent who cares then these guys are the one!!

Having both rented through Adams and Jones and also bought a house, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very professional and diligent. Becki was brilliant and totally supportive of all parties involved in our purchase. Her communication was excellent. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and keep everyone in the loop as to what was going on. This definitely helped overcome the moments of stress!
