Adam & Jones have been outstanding from the beginning. I use them to manage my rental property. They found me a tenant within 1 week, carried out all the required work on the property, and did all the relevant checks. I was really impressed with Adams & Jones from the first phone call and viewing. Communication was fantastic from beginning to end and every development was advised. I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than an acquaintance and Becki was so efficient and professional. She knew the date I wanted to move my Mum into her bungalow and kept the pressure on everyone to who could make this happen. It was tight, but we got there in the end and I was welcomed warmly at the office when I went to collect the keys. All in all, a stressful experience was made much easier and more enjoyable with Adams & Jones. Well Done and Thank you.

I was fortunate enough to have had a very smooth move, particularly as I was overseas the whole process. The attention to detail and support was very very good. Paperwork involved in moving is stressful and Adam’s and Jones supported me every step of the way by allowing me to speak to them on the phone when necessary. This was a massive support. All staff were equally as supportive as each other, so to mention one name is not applicable in my experience. A great team.
